I am a property manager for two properties in Danbury CT and have been using Rapid Rooter for jobs over the last few months. They have taken care of our parking garage storm drains and handled really difficult plumbing issues with our bathrooms at our class A office building. One problem was very unique and involved a lot of thought and hard work. They came out late on a Friday and tried many different methods to get to the cause of a bad backup. They re-grouped and came back early the next morning and were able to get the issue resolved. They are our new go-to contractors when it comes to drains and plumbing and their response time is fantastic. I've used several plumbers in the area and they are the most reliable so far. Can't recommend them enough!

They responded quickly, and helped solve a clogged septic drain. I offered to pay on the spot, but they said they would bill me. But, the invoice was $375- for a very simple service that took a half hour. Would never do business with them again
