Dave from Rapid Rhino Plumbing (RRP) came out to replace my water heater on the SAME DAY. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and promptness Dave showed and expressed during the many questions i had for him from the cost to brand reliabilty. Dave answered them thouroughly and confidently without being condesending. You can honestly recognize that he truly loves what he does and enjoys helping others. However Dave knows his worth (rightfully so) and is very reasonable based on his trade, talents and flexibilty. He also included new fittings and ensured that my wife were given the knowledge to drain and ""exercise"" the relief valve to extend the life of the water heater. This guy is a needle in a hay stack.... cant recommend him enough!!

My elderly mom's sewer line backed up into the bathtub and toilet. It was very messy and super stressful. What to do!? I looked on Yelp and the reviews seemed positive. I called and Mike immediately went out, assessed the problem and provided an explanation of the options and corresponding costs. He was super patient with all of our questions, including questions from additional family members. He came out on a Saturday to do the repair, with no additional weekend charge. Work was done - and no more backups. Crew was nice, professional. Yard was left clean and tidy too.

My wife and I recommend David at Rapid Rhino Plumbing if you have any household plumbing needs. When I called him late yesterday afternoon and told him that our kitchen bathroom toilet was backed up, he quickly came out this morning to our house where we live here in Monrovia. He had the toilet drank cleared lickity split. He then examined our outdoor housed 40 gallon water heater for free. He appears to know much about plumbing and seems to be honest and ethical. My husband found David and I'm so glad he did. We were researching and dealing with a broken water heater for two weeks and David responded immediately, and told us he could be there as quickly as the next day to take down our old, broken water heater, and replace it. David delivered. The next morning he was in communication with my husband and they met at a place nearby to purchase our water heater and shortly after David picked it up, he brought it home to install right away. This provided transparency so we knew we weren't being overcharged for the device itself. Smoothest and fastest service we've ever received. Noon on a 95-degree Saturday, and I couldn't get the hot water heater to light. I called Dave at Rapid Rhino hoping to find some help. Dave was at my house within an hour. My regular plumber was out of town and left me a backup number in case of emergencies. I called the backup number and talked to Dave Doyle of Rapid Rhino, who was extremely helpful.

Because Dave was extremely busy that week, so he wasn't able to show up at my house right away for my low water pressure problem. But Dave took his time listening to my issue, then suggested ways for me to troubleshoot on my own. It worked and I eventually got everything back to normal after a couple of hours.
