Trustworthy and great communication. There's not many companies that value good customer service anymore but T&C Plumbing delivered and went above and beyond. Took the time to hear my concerns and fix the issue at hand. I will be using them again!

They came out and did $700 worth of work which did not fix the problem and when I called to tell them I was still having issues I was told it would be at least another $700 to come back. No offer to check the problem again

I can appreciate the explanation of why my service request got lost in the shuffle due to the high volume of emergency calls. I disagree with the comment that I left ""extremely rude"" comments. I simply shared my disappointment in not getting T & C to come out after three weeks of calling them. I do wish them all the best as they navigate the staffing and other challenges.

We had a toilet that was slow to fill and leaking at the wall valve. I called T&C based on a recommendation on Nextdoor, and Tanner mentioned he was in the vicinity and able to come by within the hour. He not only replaced all the needed hardware but cleaned out the water line as well, all for the base rate of the visit, which was very reasonable.

I couldn't have asked for better service!
