The technician who was dispatched is excellent. He was able to get the job done pretty quickly and in addition to that, he was able to explain other possible issues I may be dealing with. He also provided rough estimates of what those things would cost if they need to be fixed. I will gladly call them again for any future needs.

WOW. We did not have a plumber that we could rely on. We called Rapid Response Plumbing, telling them about a kitchen leak that had damaged our basement ceiling. Nate (excellent service man...thorough and nice!) was on site within an hour, assessed the damage and said the problem was from the pressure valve on the dishwasher. And that we needed a new dishwasher! No charge. He even checked another issue that we had been wondering about. Still no charge. We now have a plumber we can rely on! Thanks!
