Jerrod arrived about 2 hours early same day as called! My mom's house was totally backed up with the water coming up in the tub and toilets. He worked his magic and was able to get everything drained. Found an issue with a possible tree root blocking the line to the city sewer line.. Jerrod was very professional and I would highly recommend him and this company. He even guaranteed his work for 30 days! Price was fair for an emergency response....

We called Rapid Response Drain Clean on a Sunday Labor Day weekend, they answered they phone, no other company we had contacted answered. Dispatcher was very helpful & asked all the right questions before sending Jared our way. He contacted us right away & was at our house in less than an hour. Figured out our septic issue immediately, removed the clog quickly & was extremely reasonably priced. Definitely recommend their service!! Fast, efficient & friendly! Great..fast..knowledgeable plumber. Mobil system block 1 plus week. Stopped totally toliet.shoer 2 sinks dishwasher out of service. 2 hrs hard to complete but ..Success!!!. Previousno owners at sometime had some unprofessional added on plumbing done...we lacked proper flow and emptying of our Mobil sewer lines even though we are on public water/sewer.Jared..our Service man was Friendly.Fast and was able to diagnose plumbing/sewer problem..My knight in shining armor drives a Burgendy truck!!! Thank you Jared. His office staff was also so friendly and assured me he would call...and help take care of this sewer problem!!!Yeah....hats off to Rapid Response and a great value.....Jinny
