It's an understatement to say I'm particular when hiring professionals for our home. I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past--either with the workmanship or the worker. This has made me cautious and wary, but it also means I do my due diligence to ensure the company I hire offers the best service at the best price.

After an underground pipe burst and leaked in our front entrance walkway, the water company had to shut off our water. The technician (who had no dog in the fight) warned me about plumbers who would try to upsell an entirely new plumbing system for over $10K when a simple patch job would do. When the first plumber came by and did exactly what the water company predicted--despite having hundreds of five-star reviews, which was baffling--I knew it was no coincidence or psychic ability on the water company's part. It's just how the game's played. Plumbers know that most customers are desperate when they call, but little did they know, I was prepared to tough it out. I stocked up on gallons and gallons of water and braced myself for what would be a very long next few days with no running water--if that's what it took to find the right person for the job, well then...

After getting estimates from almost a dozen plumbers, I finally found Rapid Rescue Rooter and Plumbing. Wesley showed up promptly, gave me the best price, and started the job on the spot. Wesley's communication was clear throughout, and he didn't try to bait and switch or claim the problem was bigger than it was. His work removing the intricate brickwork was flawless-other plumbers insisted they could only jackhammer the herringbone pattern bricks my late father worked so hard on. Wesley was considerate of this and he understood the assignment. His work is pristine, the pipes are now free of leaks, and I'm satisfied. I'm glad we took a chance with Rapid Rescue Rooter and Plumbing.

Great business. Just had them come out for a problem at the house. Dishwasher backed up and started stinking up the house. They were there within 30 minutes. Turns out it was an issue on our end with how we were operating it but they gave us pointers and didn't charge us even tho we insisted. Highly recommend this honest and experienced company.

This is the absolute best plumber around! We've had them come out to do several projects over the years including replacing the water heater, emergency issues when pipes burst a couple times, installing new toilets, fixing leaks, replacing old pipes & installing a new shower system.
