Rapid Quality did a terrific job for us. We had a leak in our slab foundation. Josh and Carson gave us a fair quote and located the leak location (which was difficult to find and took 3 hours). We also hired them to do some diagnostic work (with fans and dehumidifers over several days) to see if our wood floors and drywall could be rescued. Throughout the process, they were diligent, courteous and professional -- and went above and beyond to provide honest, helpful information that helped us make some difficult decisions regarding our next steps toward restoration of the damaged areas. They did great work for us! We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Josh visited our home on short notice and using his high tech equipment located a main system water leak very quickly. I hate to write this type of review but I think it will benefit others. Finding the right person for the job has been difficult in itself. I called to schedule a leak detection which they told me that's what they specialize in. I specifically asked if they would open the walls to find the leak as I already had an idea that it might be necessary. The guy said yea but only as a last resort after other tests. The guy came out and did a pressure test which came out fine. Then he was going to open the wall in which I had an issue. Went to his truck then came back saying he didn't have the tools because he had been in an accident a few weeks back and it wasn't the truck he normally drives. This didn't really make a whole lot of sense to me as opening up walls is normal in trying to find a leak and I had also asked that when I spoke to him before I scheduled him. He asked if he could come back tomorrow at 1pm; I agreed. The next day, like an hour before he's supposed to arrive he sends me a text apologizing saying he won't be able to make it because his kid had accident and he is currently in the ER with him. He asked to reschedule for either the following day or the day after that. Of course I said that was fine, we rescheduled to two days from the original visit. I asked if it could be in the morning if possible. Didn't hear back from him that day. The next day I asked to confirm the time for our appointment. Didn't hear back from him and hasn't reached back out since. I tried to be flexible given the circumstances but he just either did not know how to do a leak detection or did not care to help me. Either way this is very unprofessional and he wasted my time. I would not recommend this business.
