Absolutely the most positive experience with a company in my 51 years. Joshua Villegas and the crew he brought out were simply awesome. But that's not all. We were in a battle with our insurance company over repairs where they were forcing another plumbing company on us but that company couldn't come out for three weeks and we were scheduled to close on our house in a week. If we busted the close date, it was going to cost us some serious cash to buy an extension of the interest rate for our buyer, or lose the buyer. Also, we risked losing our new home that we were contract on.
I called Rapid Rooter, explained my situation, and they immediately put me at ease...basically said "we're on our way". And they were, same day...got here, assessed what they could, took the only information I had, and started work almost immediately. Fixed every issue, inspected, etc., in three days. THIS WAS A HUGE PLUMBING BREAK under the foundation...they did everything; digging, tunneling, repairs, checks for more leaks, and backfill in three days!!! To top it off, they were nearly half the price of American Leak Detection. Rapid Rooter was professional, knowledgeable, kind, had phenomenal work ethic, and absolutely no BS. They restored my faith that there are still companies out there that listen, will bend over backwards, and stand by their word. Simply amazing experience. Thank you Rapid Rooter! You saved the day.

I was contacted by the city that someone had ran over my water line and it was damaged on my side. I called Rapid Rooter at 7:40am and by 8:20am I had 2 technicians onsite fixing the damaged pipe. The were courteous, knowledgeable & quick. I will use them from now on.

I gave this company Five stars, well deserved. The background, I received a $450 plus water bill and I was in panic mode, I called the plumber that the builder gave as an emergency number. I was giving the cold shoulder and told that i was out of warranty. They referred me to another plumber, so I called that plumber and they couldn't be reached.

I started looking at yelp and google for a plumber, this was the first plumber that was local and had more than 4 stars. I took a chance on this company and it paid off.

First the young technicians threw me off, but after talking to them and discussing my problem. They found the problem sooner than I would of thought. It turns out the pressure regulator was leaking from the main water to the house and it was pushing high pressure of 90 psi when it's needs to be set between 40 to 75 psi. The pressure made my water softener work over time and it was dumping more water than it was suppose too. I would need a new regulator to bring down the pressure and stop the leaking, after the authorization, the technicians jumped into action mode and finished installing the part in hour.


As of right now, I have scratched out the builder's plumber and added this company number in replacement.
