THIS GUY -- Frank or either of his two sons -- is a local must call! They work you in as soon as they can (we got same day express service in an emergency)! They got all the tools in hand (super professionals) in their sporty vans! And SO SO courteous and friendly! Payment is due at the time of service so have a check ready and if you like them as much as us --
Treat them to a celebratory bottle of wine (red) because they absolutely deserve it! ?

He was here twice and still my faucet is not right. In the tub, he put the cold handle on the hot water and vise versa. No attention to detail. Sloppy. See picture

I've used them a bunch of times for both emergency repair, planned repair, as well as a sink installation. They always show up when they say they will and their prices are fair. I purchased an old home that wasn't maintained well, so I plan on using them when necessary.

I didn't even get to schedule an appointment with this company. The woman that answers the phones is so unbelievably rude she'll literally hang up in your face while your describing your problem. I'm completely appalled at the lack of customer service with this company. DO NOT call this company.

Received an estimate. Price seemed fair and Chris appeared to know what he was talking about. He started the job but never finished it. My husband is very knowledgeable about construction, electrical and plumbing etc. He knows how things should be done. Apparently Chris from rapid plumbing doesn't have a clue. Very unprofessional work. My husband says there are craftsmen and then there is this. Works like a bull in a China shop. Shortcuts and more shortcuts. He chiseled out the holes for the sink in the laundry room and cracked it in the process. Installed the faucet in the sink and couldn't get it to stop leaking. He returned today to reluctantly replace the sink and brought in a much cheaper and less quality sink. My husband called him out on it and he walked off the job saying he didn't need this. Luckily my husband was able to complete the job. Our mistake was hiring him in the first place and paying for most of the job before it was done. Run rapidly away from Rapid plumbing.

This company was called 2 times to get an appointment ahead of time and one time when I had an emergency. The two times I called for an appointment in advance they called me and left a message to call them back. I called them back both times and the number they gave had no voicemail. Never got a return call. The third time I had an emergency relating to the two times they never called back. Called and the answering service said I would get a call back in 1 hour. It is now 15 hours later and never received a call back. I called another company last night and they said they could be at the location tomorrow between 10 am-12 pm. They called the next day to say a plumbing tech was on the way. Should be here within an hour. I was going to be a new customer but I will never call them again.

My business is in a shopping center that has many plumbing problems. The people at Rapid Plumbing come and fix problems promptly. The staff seems to know how to ""roto-rooter"" and unclog a drain, but they are not what I describe as professional. When I received a bill for a visit a few hours.after the visit before, I felt ripped off. They knew I felt it was inappropriate, thus they indicated that the first bill was for unclogging the main drains and the second was for the drain in the store. It was but a few hours after the first unclogging that the second occured and nothing that was intended for the toilet went down the toilet. These are not people who stand by their work. They must have done a crummy job the first time and then made me pay for their bad work. Shame on them.
