Worst Company to work with, AVOID them ! They tried to talk me into work that was unnecessary and I found out later, was double the price! They have NO integrity and are a scam!

What a waste of time.... Contacted to give an estimate on a water leak issue. Appointment schedule for 10am no show at 10:30am called to get an ETA. Sarah who answers the phone said the technician is tied up with another customer but would call when he is on the way. Fast forward to Noon no call. I call back spoke with Sarah says technician is still tied up. I asked her to give him a call to get an estimate as we've been waiting for over two hours. She said she can't reach him. wth???? I asked don't your techs have cell phone. Yes but when they are with customers we can't reach them. I asked her to txt them. Helloooo this is the 21st Century. Asked to speak to a Manager wasn't available but left a message. 24hours later no phone call. Tech finally arrived at 1:30pm with instructions to call when finished with estimate. No phone call 24 hours later. Called back to speak with Sarah who said the Tech was out there and tenant & son said the leak was fixed. NOOOOO the water was turned off. I instructed them to turn the water back on and find the leak, source etc. Poor customer service, follow through, don't follow basic instructions and argumentative.
