Find another company!!!! We told them we needed them to ""snake"" out our kitchen drain and to bring a 100' snake, they showed up with a 25' snake, said they had to come back the next day. Next day they said they could use a camera and a ""water jet"" to clear line out, unfortunately their camera wasnt small enough! Ran the jet, then told us due to the accumulation of gunk in the pipes (I NEVER throw any grease etc. in there and have a new garbage disposer) and the fact that the pipe wasnt up to code (according to THEM) we would need to open up the side of my house and rebuild the plumbing lines at a cost of at least $1,000!!! Otherwise we were told to not throw any food down the sink, liquids only. They also took the cap off the clean out for the toilet on the outside of house and refused to return it. Charged us $170 to run the water jet by the way. I contacted another plumber who said to just open up the kitchen line on back of house, pour in some acid, hydrochloric or muriatic, run some water, and that would take care of any lingering issues - he was right. Again, stay far away from Rapid Plumbing!!!

Very responsive and helpful but way overpriced. My regular plumber was not available so I got them. They did find a problem with my sewer line which they wanted to charge me $3800 to fix. I was able to contact my plumber who was out of town. He has been very reliable and very reasonably priced. He would've charged me about $1600 for that. I was over a barrel because of the rain storm so I negotiated the price down to $3200 including $400 of other repairs.

Just wanna say that my service technician was Marvin. He did a pretty damn good job on our busted water line. If you want an excellent high quality service, then i highly recommend Rapid Plumbing!

Rapid - sort of. Arrive nearly 3 hours after my call. Ad says usually on the job within 60 minutes.

Knowlegeable - Don't think he really knew what he was doing. Definitely not a union shop.

Value - UGH! They charge a flat rate, not hourly. So, your rate is whatever the tech's super decides he can get away with. Mine was $650 to replace two 14 inch sections of the main feeding the sprinklers. And I had already dug out most of the access. He actually spent about 2 hours working in the 6 hours he was on the job. The rest of the time he spent going to get parts, since he didn't have any on the truck.

Note: although I called the Temecula number, they seem to be based out of Inglewood. I know because apparently the tech's truck was stolen along with all of his paperwork, and my check.

Steer very clear.

Scheduled service appointment for 10 a.m. November 9. At 10:15 a.m., called to see why no one had come. Told no one available, but would come later. At 1:15 p.m., called again to be told the same thing. At 4:00 p.m., called again and told same thing. Told I would receive call before someone came. NEVER, got a call of any kind....NONE. Would never use this company again....too many other plumbing services needing business who treat customers and potential customers with respect.

Don't even bother! These customer service reps schedule you an appointment and of course the tech doesn't show. You waste half the day waiting and the rep still can't tell you when a tech will show! Horrible business model! Call professionals, not these clowns.
