How I wish I read the reviews here before calling them. I'm kinda old schooled and relied on the yellowbook. Just as one of the review said, they kinda sound decent at first with free estimate and all, but no way!! Same excuses as most of the reviews here for their missed appointment time - in my case every time!! 1st appointment no appearance was hold on a previous job. Didn't bother to call at all but since I made the call had an appointment instead. Give them a 2nd chance right?! Big mistake! There's an appointment scheduled so one would expect to honor that appointment but no appearance. After an hour I called, and they are on the way. After another hour, I called, they are on the way! Again! and we are on the same city!! After 30 minutes, here's the guy! Finally!! Done in less than hour. Paid $225 for 2 bathroom faucet leaks, showerhead replacement and a broken flush. The next morning, 2 faucets are still leaking. Requested appointment, as usual hours later and no show, so made another appointment. It's now an hour and 30 minutes past the appointment and I'm still waiting here. I called them, no technician is available and this is an appointment mind you!!

If you don't want a headache, try other plumbing services. Don't have the same mistake I did for not reading reviews first. And don't rely on the yellowbook! Its a lie!! And I agree with another reviewer, they should just close!

One of their driver's likes to drive crazy... Just saw their White Ford Econoline Van headed west on Rancho Vista Blvd in the number 1 (far left) lane..... Cut off multiple vehicles to cut across all the labes of traffic to get in the right turn lane.. then ran the red light to turn north on 10th Street West.. happened today at about 3:30pn.

I used this company to repipe my mobile home a couple of months ago. I was impressed with their professionalism from the get go. They told me when they would arrive and called prior to arrival. The plumbers (3) worked hard and efficiently. The plumbing team was led by a supervisor who oversaw everything the other younger and less experienced plumbers did. He also checked their work before leaving and I have not had to call them with any problems. They are now an my speed dial.

They over charged us and left stuff all over the place. They kept on finding ""more stuff"" that was wrong with the system and kept on prolonging the service. We had to stay at a hotel unnecessarily for almost a month only because they kept on delaying working on the pipes in our house. Just terrible terrible service. :/

Wish at least a half star was possible. Although rare for myself to leave a one star review, I must say, a company really has to deserve it from me. So, I called for a service quote this morning and was told this company does not give quotes over the phone but do so as a free no cost home inspection. I thought it sounded like a decent idea and told them I would be home by 1 p.m. I received a call at 1:04 p.m. stating someone was on their way. Come 2:28 p.m. I gave them a call back asking about this person who was on their way. I was told by 3:30 p.m. due to traffic and informed them that it would've been courteous to inform me. Come 4 p.m. I call and ask what was going on with the plumber that was on his way and I was told he will be here by 5 due to traffic. I was fairly frustrated at this point. Here's the kicker, when I asked where this plumber was coming from I was told El Monte, CA. It's like 2 cities over and doesn't take 4 1/2 hours. My conclusion was that this company was obviously lying to me and taking me for a fool. I will always be glad I did not do business with this company who lies to its customers. What a very great first impression.

Overpriced. I called them to repair a leak around my Halo system they had installed. When Oscar arrived a pipe burst when he tried to turn off the water. He called his boss and was told that he would need to replace the pressure regulator and all the pipes and it would be 5000.00. He replaced the regulator and a couple of PVC pipes. I later priced the regulator at Home Depot and found it they sold for 200.00 or less. When I called and spoke to the manager Iwas told that they charge by contract not by size of the job or cost of materials used. I will never use them again.

Eugene just finished my patents home. He was the third plumber that came and the only one willing to help. My parents saved thousands using Eugene. From the bottom of my heart.. Thank you Eugene for taking pride in your work and fixing my parents ongoing problem. Sincerely Torres Residence (West Palmdale)

My upstairs bathroom pipe burst and water went downstairs bathroom. I called the Plummer and they arrived like they said. The technician, Julio Muñoz and Reggie completed the work. It was kinda expensive, but they get the work done fast. They referred me to Emergency Services Restoration to complete the rest. I called Plummer and Julio came again to fix another fixer. I asked questions and were answered. I obtained quotes. I gotta say his work was clean and has patience. Good customer service. I recommend him.

Rapid Plumbing is the nightmare all customers fear when hiring someone they don't know. Not locally owned but a franchise out of Yorba Linda which I believe is Russian owned. They are liars, thieves, and bullied my 88 year old dad into believing he had to have emergency work done to the tune of $6700.00... On a Sunday! Cheap bid but could have costs us thousands if we didn't get 2 more opinions. Final cost? $600.00 from Beckett Plumbing! Thank you Scott!

I called Rapid Plumbing because I had water coming out from under my toilet when ever I flushed the toilet, Eugene (supervisor) responded along with Julio. I told them that I have a warranty for this type of problem but they were not coming out until later that afternoon, Eugene convinced me that since they were at my house already they could snake the line for $71.00 dollars I was pressed for time because I had to go to work in a few hours, I decided to go with him. they went to the back of the house and started to snake the sewer line from the back of the house after the first try they pulled the snake out and said it is worse then they thought, so Eugene said, look for another $250.00, we can hit it with the hydro jet and then check it with the camera and we wont charge you for the use of the camera, I wasn't to sure what my insurance co. would do, so I decided to continue with them. after they used the hydro jet they said, you have a bigger problem, you need to replace the sewer line, that will cost $3500.00. which you can finance. I told them I would wait until my warranty company checked it out. the next day my warranty sent out a plumbing co. he began snaking the sewer line from the same place and was not able to clear the line so he went to the front of the house, located another sewer connection from my home which he said any plumber knows this and cleared my line right away, his said it was just roots in the sewer line, by the way he used the hydro jet to clear away the roots that he had already cut and gave me good advise on maintaining my plumbing, all of this at no charge, except for my $9.75 that I pay every month for my sewer line warranty. I would not recommend this company.
