I just wanted to say that I am very disappointed in Rapid Plumbing they have taken us for a ride they are charging us $25,000 first it was $15,000 then it was 30 now they'll take 25 they started doing all the work before the paperwork was even signed they have us walking around like zombies wondering where we're gonna get all this money from. they started pulling out plants started digging in my front yard because the pipe was broken I guess not attached and it was leaking and that was gonna be $15,000 plus replacing a toilet. Now that they found this other problem where the O-ring is at underneath that is supposed to be all messed up so they have to replace that they have to cut into my concrete and that's another $15,000 when my insurance adjuster told me that there was a part that they went and bought at Lowe's that was only $13 and they're charging me $4800. I hope you read my statement and go with somebody else I wish I could find Vidal he works for a plumbing company I'll find him he'll tell me that they took me for a ride.
No the guys were supposed to be here at five they didn't get here till 545 now it's gonna take them an additional four hours or so to fix my toilet.
I will be doing the BBB report.
They scammed us.

This is my second review and it's all due to Eugene's professionalism and expertise in plumbing! He came out with his assistant last week and finally fixed the problem that the crew from down below couldn't after several attempts. He came prepared, had tools, vacuum and other necessary items that the other crews didn't. We waited a few days to turn our front sprinklers back on and discovered a new leak. Eugene returned and fixed it for us quickly and was very respectful of our yard, which I appreciate very much! I didn't get his assistant's name, but they are definitely assets to this company, don't let them get away. I would recommend asking for them personally and if I have any issues in the future, I will definitely request them!

This place is absolutely horrible, they took advantage of my parents who are seniors , they also stole things from their backyard and left a huge mess from there work. Always go with Goodwill Plumbing they will take care of you and all your needs.

My pinky gold ring given to me 20 years ago by my mother slipped right off my soapy hands. I called Rapid Plumbing right away at 9am. I got a call back at 10am letting me know the plumber would be here at 11am. Not only was he here exactly at 11am but he found my ring in less than 10 minutes. Armando was great! Great service. Used them before and they came through as well. Plus I received a discount!

I called rapid plumbing the kitchen sink was clogged and backing up in the bath tub. they said right away without looking at anything were going to use the hydro jet to unclog the drain. They found out that the main line was broken. the result of that was I had a bathtub full of human waste. they were leaving so they could call the owner to get approval to fix it.
The owner did not give them approval to fix the pipe. So rapid plumbing never came back to clean there mess up and left the pipes under sink off never reconnected them. They were paid $375.00 thinking they would be back to clean there mess up. No they never showed. I called main to complain she said she would get back to but never did. I called local mgr requesting a refund and cean up. He said, 1 or the other if I wanted refund he was not coming back to clean up. Worst experience I've ever had.

Called this place for an estimate on a leaky faucet in the shower and it's took them 3 hours to respond then tried to charge me ripoff price at $1800 just to repair a valve? Then the guy said they was gonna have to break through my wall to fix it? $1800 for y'all to mess up my house? I don't think so.

I never use my home warranty for service again after waiting for over 2 weeks and numerous calls and complaints I called Rapid. They arrived within 4 hours on an weekend fixed my problem less than my service charge with my home warranty. They were good to and for me. I have them on speed dial.

FIVE STAR SERVICE. I called two other plumbing services with out any avail. One of the plumbing services claimed they were 24/7 and yet, I was told to call back at 8 AM to get someone to my location. I called Rapid Plumbing and within 45 min they had someone out to my location. Shout out to Julio and Eugene (there was a third guy, but I didn't get his name) for being straight forward and honest with me about the services that I need and explaining with excruciating detail about what was happening with my plumbing system and what would need to be done in the future. Fast response time with even faster service, I will definitely be calling them again and again for all my plumbing needs.
