Ingrid A.Responsive service. Called them out for Backflow testing ($160) and had them look at a dripping water line for the water heaters. As it has been dripping for quite some time (12+ mths) we just wanted to add it on and get it addressed. Shame on me for not asking for a quote prior to having them fix it. $624 adjusted to $ 524 - still seems a LOT for 45 min work.
