Over the last 2 weeks I had them out on 22 occasions. On both occasions the plumbers (Tyler and Jason) worked hard to resolve my issues (two separate issues ). They were knowledgeable, polite, and went the extra mile to get my water and appliance working correctly. I try another company and was moved back on their schedule for over a week and they never came out.
I would recommend Rapid Rooter for their timeliness and level o excellent service I received. Good job guys.

Initially I would say this was good experience. They came out because I was experiencing a grey water smell and had a clogged drain. They came out promptly they day I was on the schedule and fixed it. They told me I might need the drain line fixed and gave me a quote and stated it should all clear up now anyway. They also told me I would part of some sort of VIP program where I get moved ahead and a discount. They also said the work they did was under warranty. I was still experiencing the smell a week and a half later so I called them and after two back and forth phone calls was told they couldn't fix my problem unless I knew where the leak was. That's why I was calling them. I called another plumbing place and they responded within the hour and had it fixed. BAD follow up service.

I was very happy with the work that was performed, not so happy with the price. However, I was in a jam and they were the only company I could get to come and do the job. They were very up front about their higher prices before they even wrote up an estimate. In fact, the serviceman that came to my house advised me not to get unnecessary work done by them because it would be more than I would pay using someone else. I would use them again in an emergency.

The service we received was very thorough. It was a tough clog to clear especially considering the working condition. After fixing the problem he discovered a leak. He worked hard to seal it and thought he had it done. He suggested I make a permanent fix if the leak returned, telling me what I would need. However, 2 leaks were evident soon after. I had purchased the parts as he suggested but instead fixed one with a small hose clamp and the other with some external sealer. If the leak returns, I have the parts for a ""real"" fix. I was especially impressed with the quickness of getting service and the hard work the technician did to correct the problem I had tried hours to fix.

This is in response to ""Derek"" from Rapid Rooter, Your response to my review, just like my experience with Rapid Rooter, is wrong and misleading!! You DID do the work!!! (check for invoice #161931) Your employee led me to believe the faucet ""if bought from any other place should run around $1200.00"" BUT he was given, by his supervisor, a quote less expensive, and I should be elated to get that price. SO I agreed for Rapid Rooter to do the work. I asked if I could have a itemized bill and he said I would have to call his supervisor. When I finally recieved the bill after 3 phone calls and making a trip to Rapid Rooter, it stated the faucet was $260.36 and labor was $300.00 for a 15 minute job. I would of NEVER agreed to the labor cost, THEN is when I would of declined the job!! When I tried to plea my case with Joe F., I was told you agreed to it, it's your fault!!! SOOOOO misleading.
