Called for the service on shower leaking/dripping, they come out while I was at work, my parents in 70's let them in, then they called my number and charged my card over the phone $300. When I came home, I saw water mist shooting out through the wall at the shower shut off. I opened the cover, omg the water shooting out the valve behind the cover. what if i dont check and the water not shooting mist through the cover? my house would be destroyed over a night!

Came to my neighbors house in the middle of the day saying that there drains were blocked I left my house for about ten minutes. When I came back my pipes were tore out and laying in pieces in my yard . 0 stars and I doubt that these ppl are even licensed.

Had a leaking hose bib. The company came out the next day to inspect and give me a quote before they started the repair. The repair was completed the same day and the job was done professionally. The only issue I had was I thought the pricing was high compared to the amount of time it took to do the job. To the company's benefit they did give me the price up front and a chance to decline the repair without any service charge.

I called five of the biggest local plumbing companies and this one was the FASTEST one to come out AND they got my repair done before the other ones even had a chance to send a plumber. The plumber they sent, Jason, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and not only showed me exactly what the problem was, but also how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Within two hours of calling them, my plumbing problem was fixed. ""Rapid"" indeed! They have set prices that aren't dependent on how long it takes to complete their service and it was a fair price for the work done. They've got my business and I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever have any plumbing needs.
