I have used Rapid Plumbing in Torrance for my business and residential services needed. I have dealt with other companies and RP has been the most professional and honest and responsive. We have had several services done by RP from a backed up toilet to a full main pipe clean up to replacing our toilets and bad leaking pipes and each time we had excellent service. I highly recommend RP for any plumbing services.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but this app makes you ! HORRIBLE company they set me up for an appointment and completely flaked twice !!! I had to call them both days and thats when i found out they were not coming.The receptionist is completely clueless and when I asked for a manager or owner to call me back regarding such bad service I never had a return call. Do not use them they just dont care and mine was a gas valve I needed fixed asap !!!

BUYER BEWARE!
We are extremely disappointed in the service we just received. We bought a new facet for the kitchen sink and was quoted a price to install it. We were very surprised after the install as the service charge was double. We also asked them to look into some minor plumbing in the bathrooms, shower pressure, etc and they wanted to charge us even more money to look at it.

Bottom line, is that we deal with many vendors in our line of work and will not hire Rapid Plumbing again. We should have listened to yelp before hiring this company.

Jeff was great at fixing our shower. Very professional, hard worker, kind, and fixed it right away in only one day. Came at 8am and ended by 3pm. Great service, very nice and professional and did an excellent job. A++++ all the way. Recommend them forever.

Quick response, friendly and informative. Any way you cut it, plumbers are pricey, but Rapid seems to be in line with most others. Galan was the tech and he was able to call in another tech to do the camera inspection which indicated I needed the hydro jetting to clear the lines.
I would call them again, and as a matter of fact I did as I needed another service call shortly thereafter.

Total Rip Off.. took advantage of a Senior living alone. 30 Gallon gas water heater replaced, 2 hours labor total chrge $2,633.00. No permits pulled or any special work done. Called to speak with a service manager and was denied. No shame!!

Made an appointment for an inspection and the dispatch calls to tell me the plumber is on his way... then calls to telll me he has an emergency. I wonder if she knew i needed emergency services too and I actually had an appointment?


Well at least ahe called and it wasnt just a no show.

They said they were busy so I made an appt for the next day. They gave me a window between 9-11 to show up at my loft. I called at 11:30 as I did not get any update as to them being late. They said by noon the tech. would be here. I called again at 12:30, still no update or even a mention of what time they would arrive. 1:30, still no tech or response from the operators as to when he would arrive. Finally had to leave at 2:00, then I got a call at 2:20 that the plumber was at my complex, told them no thank you.
There unprofessionalism sets a bar for a company that doesn't care about clients or there time, I would like to thank them for wasting 5 hours of my day. My advice stay away from them.

Developed a slab leak in our garage. Was referred to Rapid from a friend. Arturo and Ramon were able to find the leak without jack hammering our whole garage, the hole cut was only 12""x12"". I guess Ramon the leak finder has a ton of experience. Price was in our ballpark and the guys were friendly.
