These people do not know anything about plumbing. They quoted over $2,000 to replace street pipes. Thank goodness my parents didn't pay them or sign a contract with them! The problem wasn't even a broken pipe. No wonder they have bad reviews. AWFUL SERVICE!!

You know how you can tell that a company or person is trying to rip you off? That is how it felt speaking with the first and second technicians that came to our house- one a month ago and one today. I initially called them because of the free camera scope offer. Tech wanted to charge $350 for this service - I stood my ground and said ""no way, it's supposed to be a free scope offer"". I then had to negotiate the price of the drain un-clogging that needed to be done because they wanted to charge $500. He asked me what I think a fair price should be. Since I did research while they were waiting (hours I might add) for the proper equipment to arrive, I told them I think $150 is still high, since I see many quotes for $99 for the same service all over other company sites, but I would pay that much. They called supervisor and ""approved"" price. I use quotation marks on ""approved"" because it really feels like a tactic they use to make you feel like they are approving what I, the customer, asked even though they give outrageous estimates hoping you don't know better. They finally finished their job 4 hours later - due to waiting for equipment.
Come last Thursday (less than 30 days) - the drain they ""unclogged"" is backing up and flooding shower again. I called and dispatch promptly scheduled new tech visit today (Monday). Service is supposedly under 60 day warranty. Tech is trying to charge $150 again to use camera scope that he claimed wasn't a part of the first service and therefore not covered under the warranty. I had to call dispatch to complain and explain that the first tech was supposed to do this, and if it was done right the first time, we wouldn't have to call them back. If he did not use the scope, why was the first tech trying to charge me for it. If he did use the scope, then how did they not find this supposed blockage problem the first time.
End story, they found a really large blockage that they cannot hydro-jet out - even though they charged me and performed a hydro-jet on the first visit. Due to my complaining, he said they would apply the $150 I paid the first time to the estimate for today's work - $3500 - $150 = $3350!! - to cut out the section of the pipe and replace. I can re-pipe my whole house for that cost. Absolutely absurd. I decided to eat the first cost $150 and send them on their way. I do not trust them enough to give them another penny. I will be calling another service. Do not waste your time and money on this company. It is not worth having to negotiate past their shady technician quotes.

very bad expereice. dont call them for estimate. do not let them check your plumbing with video camera. First they offer video comera inside plumbing , and then give a very hgh etimage , and you end up paying 250 dollars for pluming camera . for sewer line he did not evne go underneaththe house to measure the lenght of sewer line estimated $9000 for 40 feet sewer line.Very dishonenst.

BIGGEST CROOKS EVER! ELDER ABUSERS!
Completely took advantage of my elderly parents because they could. Charged 400$ for a faucet with no name and no serial number that wasn't even put in correctly and broke the hot/cold dispenser in the mean time. Refused to provide a receipt. Went to the water heater and turned down the temperature and reduced the water pressure for no apparent reason. Julio was rude to my parents and called my dad to see if he disputed the charge and when my dad said yes Julio hung up on him. DO NOT use these crooks so they will go out of business and stop taking advantage of the elderly.

Rapid plumbing are a bunch of crooks. 2 years ago they sold me a special toilet for my handicapped husband. They had to do extensive work to install this toilet. Now 2 years later the toilet broke. Rapid Plumbing would not return my calls, I paid them $3800.00
Do not do business with them !!!

This guy shouldn't be driving on the street. He was speeding at 70 miles p/hr on a school zone by March / Roscoe. Cutting off people left and right. Very dangerous for the neighborhood.

I used rapid plumbing company on December 24th and for the most part they were accommodating and punctual. However, after reviewing the issue they came back with an estimate of $575.00 and about an hour of time. All they had to do was replace both shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Parts that maybe cost $7.00 each at home depot. When I asked ""why so much"" they said because it's Christmas eve. Really, the last time I checked Christmas eve is not a sanctioned holiday, and it was not a weekend. When I asked can you do any better, they said I will check with my boss. We settled on a military discount. That came out to 15% discount. So instead of paying $575.00, I paid $488.75. Still way too much. I would never recommend their services to anyone. And I would hope corporate would discipline Manuel Luna and Rapid Plumbing for price gouging. Shameful.

This is a review for repairs done June 2017.
If I could rate them a ""0"" , I would. Ralph F came to replace our power flush toilet and in order to do so, has to shut off the main water valve. He broke the lever of our main water valve that now needs complete replacement because the next plumber who came cannot turn it to shut it off. So on top of our other expenses now, we will be charge an additional $350 for Ralph's clumsy job. We tried to reach out to them before and explain the issue at that time, ralph never showed his face again , they sent another person and that person who promised to come back, never did!

My Moms house backed up and we called Rapid plumbing. Oscar came out on a Saturday, after 3 snakes finally had to jet out pipes. He gave us options and we decided to replace all the drain pipes under the house. And we decided to reline the drain pipe going out to the street. Yes, we spent a lot of money, but are confident we will never have plumbing problems for many years to come. Oscar and Julio are very professional, hard working guys. They spent 6 days working at our house. And the pipe reline guys were very professional also. And that was fascinating to watch the process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will always call them in the future.
