This comment only applies to my experience with sewer rooter service. Rapid bought Stinky sometime around 2007. For sewer cleanout service they now send a sales person first. Stinky never charged more than $100, the last time I used Rapid (10/08) they charged $180. Two months later the line is plugged again. Stinky gave a 6 mo. warranty, Rapid 1 mo. Is this progress?
