Today we needed Rapid Plumbing to come out and replace our kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal. What I like about them is that they always show up when they say, always friendly, polite and knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend Rapid Plumbing to whomever needs great plumbers. Thank you for all your help within the last 7 years.

had a real good experience with Rapid Plumbing John Carter was kind and fair. a person from Rapid Plumbing that had done the previous job didn't do a good one and he was fired then I called again and they had John Carter come and he did a great job .

Total rip off! Preys on old people. My parents called them for a clogged toilet. By they got there, my son had already plunged it and unclogged it. Charged my parents $150. Two weeks later the same thing happened. They told me that the work was ""guaranteed"" for 30 days... so I called them back. Plumber came back and wanted $150 dollars again. My poor 90 year old father who is legally blind and deaf told him that he only had $80. I had informed the dispatcher to call me if there would be any additional charge... No one called me. The plumber took my father's money again. What a awful business. Do not use them.

I live in an old house with old plumbing. Late last Thursday night, when the laundry rinse water backed up into the tub and the toilet would not flush, I knew we needed a plumber stat! I called these guys and they sent Jorge in about an hour just like advertised. Our old house doesn't have a clean out/access like most newer houses, so poor Jorge had to remove our toilet to do a rooter. 40 feet later, the water had drained from the tub but the toilet still wasn't flushing all the way. Jorge said that the problem was closer to the mainline and that if we had an access, he could do the rooter and a video-diagnostic of our problem. So he said he would have to create that access but that he would have to come back the next morning to do it. A little inconvenient for us using the bathroom, yes, but understandable since it was too late and too dark to do any digging in the front yard, which was exactly what this job would entail.

He was there on the dot the next morning before I could even get back from taking my kids to school (his dispatch called me when I was still down the street, so he was waiting for me - not the other way around)! He did an initial video diagnostic through another line up in the roof (still don't understand how he did that) and gave me the good news that my problem looked like where an access line needed to go anyway! Yay! We would kill two birds with one stone and it would take maybe only 4 hours.

Long story short - it took longer than 4 hours because my house was older and had more complications. Jorge was an absolute professional the whole time - always friendly and polite, never pushy, always kept me up to date on the problem as it continued to evolve, always clear on what the problem was and what our options were, and he was really dedicated to getting the job done! In the end, I could tell he was completely exhausted (poor guy!) but he had completely succeeded in fixing our problem and in giving us a clear understanding of what problems lay ahead for us in the future (some serious ones, unfortunately for us).

Plumbing services ain't cheap! But considering the time and effort their employee Jorge spent , the prompt, quality service he gave us (in many ways I think he went above and beyond what I expected), and the fact that they didn't charge overtime, I'm satisfied with these folks. I'd call them again!!!
