These guys did some work at my Grandpa's house. Horrific experience. Overpriced with horrible service! They were going to charge $7000 for a certain project while a competitor charge $1000.

Rapid plumbing service people suck. They don't know what they are doing all they do is suck money from the home owners. Don't give you an estimate before they start the job they are rude stupid don't finish the job either. Instead of helping people they are ripping off people. Rapid plumbing needs to hire real plumbers. Maybe there are some good plumber's but the bad ones make the good ones look bad remember good word travels fast but bad words travel faster.get you're head out of your butt hole. This company doesn't deserve a star.

Buyer BEWARE! on Rapid Plumbing!

We had them come out 2 different times for the same hot water heater.

The first time (our hot water heater was only 3 years old) and we went without hot water for 10 days in total by using them! They said we needed to order a pilot assembly which took 3 days (really?) after they put that part in, they realized it was the gas control valve (they ordered that and took another 3 more days...really you can't get a part overnighted!). They charged us parts and labor for both parts being installed. 2 years later, we called them back thinking that what they replaced earlier was under their warranty as the hot water heater went out again, they instead said it would be $525 and again the parts would not be in for another 3 days. AND they didn't know if the part was even in stock. Really? I didn't feel right about them - shady and come to find out, I got another plumber's name from neighbor, called them next day, they said the parts are covered under manufacture for 6 years so BOTH TIMES Rapid Plumbing never should have charged us for the parts.

ALSO, they were scheduled to come out within a 1 hour window, 15 min prior, they called me and said they were not certain when they would be there, ""if at all"". I said, ""really you scheduled me last night, knowing I am without hot water and you don't know if you can have a person to my house today?, the person in the office said that they didn't guarantee that they would be there that day. Who operates like that in a service industry! i told her, they should have been honest, and said they were all booked for that day, That would be honest, customer service.

Go to American Plumbing 866-375-flow as they got the part the VERY SAME DAY, picked it up, came back and 1 hour later I had hot water and they installed it and only charged me REASONABLE installation/labor charge $125. Rapid Plumbing should not be in business! So what Rapid Plumbing was to charge me $525 - cost me $125 with American Plumbing.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!

I wish there was a ""no stars"" rating. Not reliable. On 3-20-15 I called for someone to repair a leak in my home. I'm hosting a party on 3-21-15 and need the leak repaired as soon as possible. I was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 1:00 pm on 3-21-15. At 12:48 p.m. on 3-21-15, the service man had not shown up. The dispatcher told me they were working on another job, but would be coming to me soon. I called again at 2:43 p.m. and again at 3:20 p.m. Finally, I was connected to someone who told me they would NOT come to my home today--but could re-schedule me for 10:00-11:00 a.m. on 3-22-15. Meanwhile, I've waited all day and am stressed about having a leak in my home where I'm hosting a party. I would NOT recommend this company.

Terrible work! Very unprofessional. Came out on a Friday to assess my plumbing issue and decided they needed to shut off the water to fix the problem, so I needed to give my neighbors 24 hour notice that the water would get shut off. He seemed a bit rushed to me. He said he'd come back the next day to fix the problem, so I notified all my neighbors of the temporary water shut off. They called me half an hour before they were supposed to show up on Saturday morning to try and schedule me for TWO DAYS after they were originally scheduled. After I complained, someone came out to try and fix it. He ended up chipping away a larger hole in my shower and broke a piece off the water control knob thing (which had become very corroded from the hard water). Because more work needed to be done, they could not fix it that same day and left my shower knob loose so that if I turned on the water it would leak into the wall. He said he would call me to schedule an appointment for either Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hear from him at all on Saturday and ended up calling them myself on Sunday afternoon and wanted to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. This whole time I was still unable to use my shower. I said no thank you.

I called someone else I found on Yelp with 5 stars who ended up doing an amazing job for a lot less money than I was quoted by this company!

Rapid Plumbing is a RIP OFF!! They came out yesterday, 9/4/14, to look at my shower.
It was not producing hot water, so the guy, Scott, starts to quote all the different prices it could be: $250.00 for a cartridge replacement, $1300.00 for a valve, $2300.00 for a new line. He expected me to sign first for the work, I opted for a cartridge replacement.
He tried to get the cartridge out, but he couldn't. He then tried to sell me on the valve replacement, which involved going through the adjacent room, cutting out a hole in the wall!! I told him let's wait. I called Kent Plumbing, the next day he came, and fixed the cartridge for $185.00 ! Kent plumbing also told me he would only charge 650.00 for a valve replacement, and he would go through the shower/faucet area, not through the wall! This company, Rapid Plumbing has NO INTEGRITY, and should be avoided at all costs!
No stars is way more like it !!!

this company is a rip off. call them for leak detection and showed up 4hours late and wrong equipment. then were over 6 feet of the leak and had to find leak by digging bigger trench, then wouldn't return my call and took my money.. MONKEY PLUMBING!!! HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!

In my opinion and experience. I would not use this company. I spent 3200 dollars getting my septic worked on-they came back and re-dug. every month for several months I had to keep having them come back to clear the line. They finally looked again and indicated-it was another spot and wanted more money. In my opinion they fixed the wrong pipe. The manager would not call me back or come by to talk and go over what happened. No stars for this one. Be aware-they make you sign a document that gives you no rights in court or do charge backs on your credit card-because you sign that the work was good-on the day they complete.

No stars would be more like it!! They came out to clear our line for our kitchen sink using high pressure water wash out... After he was done he said we had bad plumbing and would not warranty the job.. not for 24 hrs not for 30 days nothing! 16 hours later our kitchen sink and shower were now stopped up. Called our regular plumber.... fixed it for 1/2 the cost and gave us a warranty... rapid plumbing are jerks and Carlos the service man is a joke along with the company! Who does a job and then refuses to stand behind it???

Unsatisfactory work, workers were pleasant but clearly a rip off. Sewer line backed up within a few days after they told me that they had cleared the line, had to have another company come out, they did it and it is now fine.

Wasted a few hours because they did not show up with the equipment that was needed to do the work, even thought I thought I had made it clear what I needed to have done, simply clearing the line, it was running a bit slow.
