I contacted this company for my septic issues they quoted me 30k for a new septic system and 14,500 for a new leaching system. They are lies rude and rip people off and it's sad. They were upset with me because my homeowners insurance company didn't pay for the services they lied and said I needed. All I needed wash septic tank pumped for less than $600 bucks. I will be reporting them to the BBB I'm sure they have a grade F cause they're money hungry scamming demons. Made up so many things to try and get me out of 30k that's crazy. They initially quoted me $425 for pumping then when they found out I wasn't going for the 30k or 14,500 scheme and scam they said it's 1200 now for pumping lol ok bye have the day that you all deserve!!! Rip off please please please don't use them they're low down and dirty

Senior Citizen ripoff!
Tried to take my Dad for THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars for a clogged kitchen sink. Did unnecessary work, caused more damage, and the work they did do was half-assed. Report these guys to Better Business Bureau and Contractors State Licensing Board! Put them out of business! Would have given a 0 rating.

Beware of the scam company my elderly mother in law was preyed on was told a price of 120.00 to replace a toilet then was told 1100.00. when she asked what was she paying for he got angry and hostile she told him to leave and he took a saw and broke her pipe which will now cost me 5300. she is a senior on a fixed income! I can't believe this company is still in business! Why has the state or local government get involved? Please do not use this company!!!

HEED THE 0/1 STAR WARNINGS!! They are there for a reason. I think this used to be another company a few years back and were bought out by Rapid Plumbing. I made the mistake of calling the number I had in my contacts for the former company who did a great job. The plumber who came out from that company, was honest and gave me great advice to save me from having to call a plumber for a very minor problem that I could take care of when it occurred in the future(clean a lint filter). The swindler who came from Rapid Plumbing was completely the opposite. We were having a water heater issue at my parents 4 plex. The swindler was there a few minutes before deciding that our 6 year old water heater needed replacing and gave me a price quote of $4975. My parents said no thank you. He charged me $98 for his ""RAPID"" opinion that the water heater needed replacement. I immediately got on the phone and called $15 Dollar Plumbing. They were there within an hour. Guess what??? the water heater was in great condition, but a sensor did need replacing. I ended up gladly paying $275. A $4700 difference!! The next day when I called the office to tell them why I would be giving them a terrible review, the lady who answered offered to refund my $98 in exchange for not writing this review, unbelievable!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

BE AWARE! These guys try to get over on women and the elderly. They quoted us 4x higher than another company And they were wrong telling us we needed a replacement water heater that was 3 years old. when it was an easy fix. only a part that needed to be replaced that was actually stoll covered under warranty. They were very unprofessional

BEWARE. This is a business to SCAM people. They damaged my property we're going to charge $18000 for a $600 clogged sink. We were saved.

This company should be shut down. They are only in business to take as much money from you and cut as many corners as they can. They take advantage of people and have no work ethics.
Our tenants were having drainage issues in the kitchen. Called Rapid Plumbing to snake pipes and they said the cast iron had worn through and because the house is on a slab, they would either have to dig up the pipe going through the house or reroute the pipe outside to the sewer. We opted to reroute at $11,550. They cut the pipe to reroute and poured cement filling hole they dug in the house without capping the pipe leaving me no other option than to now line the pipes for an additional $5000. After they poured the asphalt over the rerouted pipes, permits were pulled. Did not pass inspection of course. We pulled Rapid Plumbing off the job. Called in another company to correct the errors and shoddy work that Rapid Plumbing made and to do the job correctly, to code. Plus with the new company, (Rightime Plumbing) we are saving thousands of dollars.

Update.... Hey dumbasses guess what they found a busted pipe in the house causing the problem for the back up. Maybe you should train your illegal employees to be real plumbers, you crooked ass company. My attorney will be getting ahold of you for a refund

They Came out last night about 10PM too unclog a drain, couldn't get it done last night, they had to bring out the hydro jet this morning. didn't charge me for the work last night and came by when promised today Got the work done and for a GREAT price. Could not be happier With Dominick and Nema and the entire experience
