This company should be shut down. They are only in business to take as much money from you and cut as many corners as they can. They take advantage of people and have no work ethics.
Our tenants were having drainage issues in the kitchen. Called Rapid Plumbing to snake pipes and they said the cast iron had worn through and because the house is on a slab, they would either have to dig up the pipe going through the house or reroute the pipe outside to the sewer. We opted to reroute at $11,550. They cut the pipe to reroute and poured cement filling hole they dug in the house without capping the pipe leaving me no other option than to now line the pipes for an additional $5000. After they poured the asphalt over the rerouted pipes, permits were pulled. Did not pass inspection of course. We pulled Rapid Plumbing off the job. Called in another company to correct the errors and shoddy work that Rapid Plumbing made and to do the job correctly, to code. Plus with the new company, (Rightime Plumbing) we are saving thousands of dollars.

Update.... Hey dumbasses guess what they found a busted pipe in the house causing the problem for the back up. Maybe you should train your illegal employees to be real plumbers, you crooked ass company. My attorney will be getting ahold of you for a refund

They Came out last night about 10PM too unclog a drain, couldn't get it done last night, they had to bring out the hydro jet this morning. didn't charge me for the work last night and came by when promised today Got the work done and for a GREAT price. Could not be happier With Dominick and Nema and the entire experience

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My grandma had called this horrific place to get a leaky shower head fixed. Simple fix right? No....this guy showed up spent 5 minutes looking at shower. He came out and stated that the copper valve had major corrosion and couldn't get valve off. He also stated that he would have to put a hole in the shared wall to replace all the copper piping. Needless to say, he came back with a $1200 quote. We were shocked!! We told him that we were going to get a second opinion. Alll of a sudden he decided that he would drop the price to $776....what?!! He said since we were going to get another opinion he would not charge for the labor. We asked him why he quoted us so high and then suddenly dropped the price. He only said that he cleared it with his boss. We obviously got another opinion and to no surprise the ""honest"" plummer stated that all we needed was a new cartridge....cost was only $150 out the door!!!! I hope karma bites Rapid plumbing in the butt!! I'll do whatever I can to help that karma along. I had to put 1 star but really he derves a zero!!

WOW! worst experience ever. these guys are crooks. they came out to run a snake and install a faucet. They charged me $189 to install the faucet that I already bought, and another $495 to replace the angle stops and hoses ($32 in parts WOW). the clogged drain was $100 but of course they found ""broken cast iron pipe"" TOTAL BS. I saw the pipe they pulled out it was fine. that was $1400 then OH no they broke it so guess they gotta replace from there to outside the house now another $3800 for a 4ft run of pipe. And guess what oh no your whole line is bad that will be $6700 more, that is where I realized this was just a big scam. I told him to finish the original job and leave. I asked for pictures to show me what he actually did and he wouldnt get any for me. He didnt pour back the concrete that he cut out of my patio even though the invoice says they will. An oh they didnt replace the old dishwasher drain line which they also said they would do. Late to every appointment, made up problems at every opportunity, didnt finish the job they said they were going to do. Just all around bad avoid at all costs. I wish there was a no start option.

I called them for a broken valve for the fridge ice maker, they came out quickly and George repaired the shoddy work that the builder did on my home in Chase Ranch. This was the second time I have called them and they did good work and were fairly priced. I do not know what happened with the other reviewers, maybe it was one bad apple? Ask for George next time!

Watch out! These guys came to my tenants house, said a back up and charged $499 to flush. 3 weeks later, same problem, did same thing, then said pipe was disconnected in front. Gave us a bill then said $8,000 because another ""clog"" in the pipe. I asked for it in writing, never gave it to me. No final bill, charged my credit card. Told them I was going to check with other plumbers, which is why I think they didn't give us an estimate. New plumber came out said they didn't even solve the break in the pipe in the front, and the only thing wrong was 2 toilet issues and NO PLUG in a wall. OMG.. In my opinion these guys are thieves and I've started paperwork against these guys.

I wanted to rate it no stars but the minimum is one. I'm not kidding this is the worst company to call ever. I called them to fix a broken water supply hose which broke and flooded part of my home. I scheduled a time which the plumber showed up more than 2 hours later after calling the office several times for an ETA. After the plumber arrived I told him I wanted to keep the broken hose for my insurance and I had him replace the hose in the other bathroom. Well the plumber had to go to the store to twice once for the part and once for tools that he left at a previous job. Then after all, he didn't install something right and he had to come back the next night to fix something that he broke. Additionally, after reminding him several times that I need the broken part and to leave it, he ended up taken it with him and more than month ago I have not been able to reach him to get the broken part back after calling the company several times. DO NOT CALL RAPID PLUMBING FOR ANY WORK. I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL THIS RAPID PLUMBING FOR ANY WORK as they are horrible.

BY pure ACCIDENT (mom not knowing any better) she called this place. I have a normal guy i like to call, but she forgot about him. What a complete waste of money. They tried telling me that the sewer pipe needed to be replaced that was coming to the house from the street. at a $10k price tag. Umm. no. I called my normal guy for a 2nd opinion, he took a camera and showed us the video. it did not need to be replaced, just a few roots which he could clear out (which wasn't even really needed yet, but gave us the option.) $500 vs the $10,000! They also tried to tell us the copper pipe was collapsing in the entire house, and they could fix it for $14,000. umm. no. I'm sorry, copper doesn't collapse like that. crack yes. no collapse. What they did do, was add a clean-out in front of the house. BUT in the process they cut our sprinkler line, saying it was in the way. WTF? no, it wasn't in the way, they just didnt know what they were doing. now i have to replace the broken irrigation they caused. they didn't even cut it, they broke it off. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

These guys did some work at my Grandpa's house. Horrific experience. Overpriced with horrible service! They were going to charge $7000 for a certain project while a competitor charge $1000.
