Bad service.
Spoiled the water heater which wasnt even bad.
Unprofessional in the job they performed & wanted to charge for the services without even having the issue fixed.
Never using them again.
I end up getting job done by someone else & there tech came back & cut of our pipe for the services not paid.
Very sad & unprofessional!!

Anthony is an experienced plumber, unfortunately rapid plumbing overcharged me,they is why I gave 3 stars.
I had a water leakage in my front yard and from sprinkler and water faucet.
Anthony from Rapid plumbing came after I texted him ,for the same day service and changed my faucet to copper and fixed my broken sprinkler.

Sent an inexperienced plumber with inadequate equipment and when it didn't work, wanted $10,000 to open outside wall and clean and refinish existing pipe. We would have to pay for closing and replacing stucco.
Another plumber was able to clear drain.
This almost smells of bait and switch. Will not use this plumber again.

I needed a bathroom faucet replacement. I called for an appointment and within an hour Mr. Randy from Rapid Plumbing was at my door. Randy did an amazing job. My new faucet looks great and the price to install it was also great. Thanks Mr. Randy.

Buyer beware. They do not look to solve your problem they turn an ant hill into a mountain. First they wanted $55k and then said they would make a smaller repair for $18k. The problem was fixed by me for less than $200.00 in parts.

Ok so will start with a problem. My copper pipe was broken and I needed a plumper asap. So I've reached out almost every company in the city. And nobody even replied. For real. I was surprise. So rapid plumbing called me back. And basically within 1,5 after the call the plumber arrived and fixed the leak. So they managed to make my life easy. I've no idea if the price was high or low I couldn't compare it. But wasn't too crazy. Ok so at the moment they are reliable. June 2024

$2175 for a shower valve. Told Marco that I wanted to get a second opinion and he still replaced it.

They done good work in the past for a more reasonable price. That is more than double the price charged before.

These guys did a great job I totally recommend them. They fixed my leaks and my shower And the vent that airs out the bathroom.
