I was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink and I called a company and they wanted to hydro jet and gave me a quote of $600. I got a second quote and called Rapid plumbing. I was very impressed with the work and the knowledge these guys had. Francisco came out and told me they would hydro jet my clean outs and gave me an unbelievable quote and saved me hundreds. Elijah was very friendly and addressed the clogged drain and what they planned to do. Great customer service and I highly recommend these guys

I liked that they wore masks - a must right now for the times. Courteous and got right to it! Gloria, in the office was very personable as well and on top of things. Great service all around. Would recommend if you have need for Rooter service.

True story. It just happened. A rapid plumbing can just cut me off in traffic, flipped me off as he drove past my car and then invited me to stop along side the road. I'm assuming he wasn't going to shake my hand or offer to clean around the floor of my toilets.
Well, since I couldn't make my left hand ty urn (see above paragraph) I followed the weasel to the side of the road.
Hmmmm, do you think he knew he was in a van that had Rapid Plumbing airbrushed all over it?
I'm not perfect, so I got out of my car and he speed away.
Hmmm, I think he realized he was working and in a work truck.
I didnt have a plumbing problem, but RP shows bad judgement in character when hiring. When I di have a problem I'll call someone else for sure
Plus I l i'l ke tough plumbers.
Youd be wise to call another company.
My rating is really a zero

Do not use this company! They overcharged by 100% and did not reroute the pipes correctly. They will not return any phone calls to discuss the bills or the poorly done work. After a few weeks of leaving messages their phone number was suddenly no longer in service.

Called Rapid Plumbing to snake a drain. Worker was there for 2 hours diagnosing the problem and ultimately could not perform the work because he needed a 'medium' snake and only had a ""small and a large"" snake in his truck. That's like calling out a contractor to perform carpentry and he can't because he doesn't have a hammer.

I called out another facility and they diagnosed and snaked the drain in 20 minutes.

Rapid Plumbing was a waste of my time and money. I tried dealing with Ramon, the manager, but my complaints fell on deaf ears.

Our pipes were leaking underneath the sink and our garbage disposal was backed up. I was apprehensive to have a plumber come out in the evening even though they said they do not charge extra for evening calls. Paul J arrived promptly within 30 minutes. Paul was very polite ,professional and fair in his pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to call rapid plumbing for any future concerns and I'll certainly ask for Paul J.

Speedy arrival, professional and polite technician, moderate prices (Negotiable)!!

All of a sudden my kitchen sink became completely clogged holding approximately 1/4 full of still water. Scrambling to find a plumber who could come out today with reasonable prices, I found Rapid plumbing during a google search.

The female receptionist was very pleasant to speak with and advised they could have a technician out within an hour. When asking for a quoted price, she informed me that the technician would come out free of charge and give me a quote on the spot. She said if I wasn't happy with the quoted price, the technician would leave, again stressing it was ""Free of charge"".

So I waited... and in less than an hour, a call was received from there office and a technician arrived. He was very polite, professional and was actually clean!! After looking at my sink, he gave me an estimate of $190, which I thought was waaay to much just to unclog my drain!!!

After speaking with him about the price, he kindly said he would call his boss and see if they could give me a better price. Low and behold, his boss approved him to do the job for a much easier to swallow price of $125 flat. (Most others spots I called gave me a minimum price of $150 plus tax).

The job was completed in about 15 minutes and the technical took paper towels and did a great job of cleaning up the work area!

So, if you need a plumber right away, Rapid is literally ""Rapid"". While you wait, call around to get a few price quotes and make sure they can match or even beat the competition! Great professional attitude and great work!!

Possible ripoff- overestimated cost of water heater replacement job by 70%

I called this place on a Saturday morning when my water heater was leaking and needed emergency repair. My home warranty company couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday.

Rapid Plumbing (not really sure if it was this location) arrived and in 5 minutes and recommended a new water heater. ""I can have everything done today for $1,700"" the man said. He told me a new standard gas 50-gallon water heater costs $900.

OK, so to get to reimbursed by our home warranty company we needed them to approve it in advance. We called for authorization, but after an hour of talking to multiple people the reimbursement request was denied because the estimate was ""excessive."" I googled the average cost of a standard water heater replacement and found most run between $600 to $1,000. Since my water heater is standard and in an easy to access garage location, with no changes to plumbing required, I knew Rapid Plumbing was trying to rip me off.

I told the guy my home warranty company denied reimbursement because the estimate was way too high and he goes agro and starts to argue. I told him a new water heater should maybe $700 and labor maybe $500 tops. He held to his estimate and refused to offer a better price, so I politely asked him to leave and told him he lost the job for overcharging. He was not happy at all and I feel bad that he had to wait so long only to be turned away, but his estimate was just grossly overpriced.
