Started our Monday morning with a sewer backup. Called at 8am and had a technician Scott K at our house by 9:30am. He was professional, polite and did a great job. Love the instant payment and text message with my receipt. Never like to pay for stuff like this because its always unexpected, but honestly worth the price, and peace of mind, to remove roots in our line out to the street are gone. I will not only use Rapid Flush in the future, but recommend to anyone who asks. Props to Randy for running a great local business!

We have been using Rapid Flush every two years for the last 8 years. We have a large tree out front whose roots regularly grow into the sewer line leading to the street which causes flooding in our basement. Slowly the prices have been going up, about 10$ per biannual visit. No big deal. HOWEVER, this year the price jumped from 135$ to an amazing 500$! We didn't ask for a price quote ahead of time because we have been using them forever, you'd think there was some sort of customer loyalty so possible, we'd get a heads up on massive pricing changes. After my husband was told the price and (rightly) expressed his shock, the guy's response, ""yeah....we've got new owners."". Safe to say, next season, we will be finding a better company.

Rapid Flush has the best, most reasonable service I've seen in years! They are prompt, courteous, and best of all, they really know what they're doing! My drainage problem was fixed in a very short amount of time and it was done right ... the first time! I HIGHLY recommend Rapid Flush, Incorporated!!!

One of the worst companies I have encountered to date. I called them and had them snake my sewer pipe, which they could not even clear. The guy wanted to camera my pipe, but did not have the camera with him, so he told me he would have the receptionist call me to schedule a time to come back, which she never did. So I had to call them back and schedule an appointment, which I scheduled on a Friday at 4pm. The receptionist called me at 11am on Friday and pushed my appointment back to 5pm the following Monday, which is a LONG time when you cannot use your toilet! After sending the camera down my pipe, they wanted to dig up my yard, and told me they would call me back with a quote by the end of the week. They never did. I ended up going with a different company who did a splendid job communicating with me, unlike this company.
