Yesterday our water heater died. After I'd researched prices and reviews, I called their office and Stephanie was able to schedule a replacement installed that afternoon. David and his son swapped out the unit and restored hot water before my wife returned from work... thanks. Rapid Flow doesn't show a lot of customer reviews here, and I may have opted for someone else (pricing and quality equipment were consistent with my research), but with my prior experience and their responsiveness, I went with my own """"review"""". I'm please with their work... if it breaks tomorrow I'll post a retraction, but my impression from those I've encountered is, they'd make it right if I called.
