Awesome job. Previous plumber couldn't clear clog but recommended rapid flow. Rapid flow sent someone within the hour and cleared the clog in no time. Giovanni did great job, real professional, cleaned up area before leaving and very courteous.

This company needs to be your first and only choice to get the main drain cleared out. Had lots of roots per video inspection. Peter worked very hard to clear the main drain. He withdrew about eight pounds of roots. A dozen worms were in the pile. Final video showed the drain perfectly clear. Also, he was the first person to ever tell me were the main drain location is in the yard. Been here since 1995.

Rapid Flow was amazing! I called and they had someone come out to look at the driveway drywell immediately, the same day. Peter, who answers the phone, provides the best service. He's super responsive, polite, and an all around joy to talk to. He dedicates so much time explaining everything to you as well as ensuring that you have everything you need. This is my first time writing a review for a company but the quality and level of service provided by this company is more than enough reason to do so. I had a blockage in my main sewer line that no amount of plunging or drain-o could fix. Roto-Ruter man snaked it and told me my pipe was broken and it would cost me $2500 to fix it. Jason from Rapid Flow came out after I dug the pipe and worked it the right way and didn't leave until my water was flowing clean and easy. On top of that he charged me more than $100 less than the crook I called first. The moment he arrived and told me ""we'll fix this"" I was at ease. His care and professionalism is a testament to himself and this company. I will never call another company to do any work like this again. Rapid Flow, 5 stars, Thank you!

These guys have been great in the two times I've needed to use them. Each time they've responded quickly and been able to resolve the situation completely. I needed to have Boston Sewer come so I could apply for the Lateral program and Rapid Flow returned to highlight the issue. Can't recommend them enough.

If I could give Jason at Rapid Flow a 100 stars, I would. I had a real complicated plumbing situation. I had roots in the main drain, and it was severely complicated by RotoRooter (please never use RotoRooter unless you want to be screwed over and over again. Instead of unclogging my drain, Rotorooter technician got their snake stuck, left it in there for good, left the drain plug and hatch to the pit open, as a result of which I had sewage pour into my basement, thereby creating a very expensive and hassling situation out of a simple one). I called Boston Drain, and their technician could not unclog it. Boston Drain refused to jet the line and suggested a very expensive dig for pipe replacement. In despair, I called RapidFlow. Jason called me back. He was super confident from the get go, and so reasonably priced that I could not say no to his help. He went in and after 3 hours of snaking the drain at night cleared it for me. Boston Drain folks went in the next day, and their master tech told me that Jason had done an unbelievably astounding job on clearing the drain. I was told by unrelated folks that the drain was clear to function without a hitch for 20 years. That apart, I have to say that I have never had an amazingly helpful service person in. I never met Jason in person (I was not at the property, and only talked with him over the phone). He saved me a mountain of heartache, hassle and expense. I cannot help rave about him enough. This guy is out of this world good at his trade. He did not leave me in the lurch like RotoRooter. He worked his magic on a very large root (several inches thick) that had the main drain completely blocked shut. Most everybody would perform a drain surgery to clean it up...but not this guy. He is a wizard.
If you have drain clogs, don't bother going anywhere. Call RapidFlow and ask for Jason. If he cannot fix it, then I do not think anyone else can.

Couldn't clear the clog in the main drain line and walked away from the problem. Told us we had to dig out the concrete. This was totally wrong. The cleanout was not buried in the concrete. I had to call another company who got the job done.

My Friend Ingrid had a clog pipe she called 2 other companies and they tried to trick her saying she need to change all of her plumbing. When she called Rapid Flow Mr. Elvis Dzuzdanovic was honest and professional fixing her problem in less then 15 minutes assuring her that the pipes didn't need changing. Apparently no job is too big or too small for Rapid Flow, quick to respond and concise about what they're going to do. Even when the job ends up being more complicated than you described and they expected, a solution is ready and quickly applied, without nickel and dime additional fees. I didn't have an emergency and they still got to me same day!

Highly recommend. Worked with them on a problem with all the kitchen sinks in a muli-family. They were terrific, easy to work with, fast, smart, and got the job done. I highly recommend them!
