Rapid Flow save the day. It has been a few days since they fixed my sewer pipe that had completely disolved. I had an old school iron pipe. OMG. No leaks so far no smells and those pesky drain flies. Thank you again.

Rapid Flow tech came to clean outdoor drains that were overflowing due to the heavy rains we've had recently. The tech explained that my drains were clean and it was just because the ground was too saturated with all the rain that we've had. Thankfully I canceled Rotor Rooter since they wanted to charge me $1700 without even looking at my drains (this was flat rate then if he went over 2 hours wanted $875 each hour after). So glad I called Rapid Flow, they saved me $1,700!

I wanted to get my house trap removed to stop any more backups in my house. Rapid Flow was great from start to finish. Rapid Flow was able to come and save the day on Saturday when my house trap was clogged and water wasn't draining. They picked up the phone, got me in touch with service person, arrived in window they gave me, unclogged and cleaned pipes, and cleaned up and left.

It's wasn't inexpensive, but I think the rate is reasonable for weekend service. I think I would've paid just about anything anyway. It was a nasty mess...

I tried several local plumbers first but didn't have success getting them over to the house. I hope never to deal with such issue, but I know exactly who to call first.

The guy whose name might be Gary came just now on mother's day. He was in the area and very quick to respond I'm so happy I called them I was going to have another place do it but the kid came by and looked and gave me a few excuses I think he just wasn't in the mood to do the job today so I'm glad I called this place as they were here to do my mother's last week upstairs which was also the tub backed up you did an excellent job I am happy that I called them I highly recommend always calling them for anything that you need prices are great also thank you so much I'm very happy will keep your number in my phone you were recommended by our plumber sincerely Debbie from Everett
