The technicians are all careful and the one who came today showed up in a mask. He had to work through the drain clean out in the back of house, so was careful to come through the back, as to not soil the carpet. This company is very competent and always call to confirm close to appointment, as to when the technician/plumber will arrive. They are polite as well. And the best part of all is that they come quickly and know exactly how to solve any problem you may have. My family has used them for years and we live in Davis. Thanks Rapid First!

I usually never write reviews but this is one I had to write. Months ago we had Renaldo out and we had a previous company who told us we had to jackhammer our driveway etc. Well Renaldo came out and worked on snaking our pipes out for quite awhile. He did mention if he couldn't fix it there would be no charge! He continued and he brought out out a clump of tree roots (we have no trees in front) and the problem was fixed with minimal charge! He was fantastic!

So today I find myself needing a Plummer again. Wendy (the person answering the phone) was friendly and so nice. She even told me where to go to save $15 off. I had been staring right at it. I love this company and if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Technician Damarus showed up on time and wore his mask the entire time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend Rapid First Plumbing for any main line snake job. If possible, request the services of Damarus. Also, I was able to use a coupon from their website for $15 off any service over $100.

This company used to be reliable, polite, efficient, and skilled. Recently they have been incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone, to the point that just scheduling a repair with them is no longer possible. So sad to have such negative changes from a previously reliable company.

After my home warranty assigned me a plumber that didn't answer their phone, I reach out to Rapid First because I had heard from a neighbor that they're exceptional. Sure enough, the whole experience was perfect.

Cheerful receptionist said they could send someone out immediately and less than an hour later my stopped up kitchen sink was fixed. Smooth, professional, painless, and affordable.

We were dealing with a clogged toilet in our upstairs master bathroom. I assumed because of was upstairs that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg for them to possibly remove the toilet and fish out whatever was blocking it. I called and requested a quote because I'd never seen called a plumbing service before. I thought the quote was more than fair. He then asked if I was ready for service within 30 minutes!! They came over right away. Solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Then gentlemen then educated me on what he thought my issue was and how to avoid it in the future. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes. And charged me about 20 dollars less than I was quoted over the phone! I'll be calling you guys again if I'm ever in need of your services. Thanks!!

Their Ronaldo Orozco was so fabulous--professional, polite, gracious, trustworthy; left the site in such better condition than it had been, and mentioned their work is warrantied.

Always great service from these guys. We had to call them twice to to get our problem solved. Chis was our first service tech and he was awesome. Unfortunately living in an older home, we had the same problem the next day. Travis was our second service tech, Came out and got everything taken care of. I highly recommend Rapid First Plumbing. Prices are very reasonable and response time was great.

Rapid First Plumbing has been serving our Davis home for several years, inside and out. Their service has always been prompt and prices fair (sometimes even voluntarily discounted). As these problems go, we often called outside of normal business hours. Office support has always been friendly and efficient. The one time a large plumbing problem delayed their usual fast service, our normal plumber, Michael, still made the time to come out and do a quick check as to the seriousness of the problem (upstairs toilet soaking ceiling). We were given an assessment of the problem, offered another plumber within Rapid First Plumbing who could come out immediately, or a timeframe when Michael could return. We waited for Michael. We're happy with Rapid First Plumbing.
