Worst experience ever. EVER. We live in an upstairs apartment. Our pipe started leaking on a Friday night and flooded our downstairs neighbor. We were told by maintenance that Rapid Rooter would be out Monday morning. They showed up during our 7pm dinner Monday night, stayed for 10 minutes to tell us ""yes, there is a leak"" and told us they would be back Tuesday. But wait- it gets better: we had to work Monday, so our apartment complex let the plumber into our unit. We came home to drywall and leaded paint chips all over our kitchen floor (we have little kids, by the way!), our tupperware was used as a drip pan (Yum!), and our air conditioner was not only turned on but also turned down to 73 degrees (it's OCTOBER! really couldn't open one of the two Windows in our kitchen?). That wasn't even the best part. We have a handheld stirrer for our 8 month old son's formula. The plumber dropped it down our garbage disposal and didn't tell us. After searching our kitchen high and low, we discovered it when we ran the garbage disposal and it was destroyed (along with our garbage disposal). I would recommend hiring a hobo before hiring this company.

Charles Washington, Tech #73, showed up within an hour of placing the call:-) He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. This is the second time we needed to have the sewer line cleared and I really wanted to know why this keeps happening. Charles suggested that he could snake a camera through the pipes so we could actually see what was going on. As disgusting as that sounded I agreed. It turned out that the line from the house to the street was fine but the city clay pipe was disintegrating and had roots growing right through the pipe walls. Charles patiently allowed me to video tape his live camera feed so that I could share his findings with the city workers when they come out. A big thanks to Rapid Rooter and Charles and, I mean this is the nicest possible way....I hope not to see you again:-)))!

Rapid Rooter is very business like. They responded to my request for service. The technician called ahead on the scheduled half day. He completed the work, showed me the work and I signed off. Less than two hours.

Monday morning. Everyone is in a hurry to leave. The sewer was clogged and everything turned pretty messy. I called Rapid Rooter who I had used before not only for our home, but also for my Mom's. I called the local number which is 916-334-3140 and was given friendly helpful service immediately by Amber. She said not to worry she would dispatch Kevin right away. Kevin arrived within about 15 to 20 minutes and had the problem fixed in no time at all. He was professional, friendly and clean. I asked for several cards to use for referrals. I highly recommend their services and their prices we very reasonable.

We had some tree roots growing into our main drain. Kevin Bailey was dispatched out to our home the following day. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He addressed the problem with ease and finesse. The drain was unclogged within 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing service for a decent price and friendly customer service. Ask for Kevin! :)

called them regarding plugged-up pipes in bathroom sinks. They scheduled a time within 1/2 hour of my call. They showed up and Steve the Plumber handling the problem was very professional and efficient in fixing the problem. In addition, he pointed out a few potential issues I need to be aware of. A very positive experience. The charged a bit high on the quote, but they backed it up, fixed my problem and didn't try to add on or charge more. I knew exactly what they were going to do for the work before they started. I was very happy that I called them to fix the problem within the hour!

I will use them again and I will recommend as well.

2ed time I have called out Rapid Rooter. Put in a call at 5 pm and was planning for next day service But no the dispatcher said we can be there in an hour.
And right on time Luke showed up I showed him the clean out and away he went. About 40 min later clog is gone and all is cleaned up.
Now for the best part the bill was 20.00 dollars cheaper than last time they came out. Luke you did a wonderful job and are a really nice guy.
Ask for Luke and the force will be on your side. Thanks again for the great service. Mr. Bill

We strongly recommend Rapid Rooter and plumber Charles Washington for their excellent service. Charles scoped our sewer pipe and carefully explained his diagnosis. He installed the new clean-out and repaired a root damaged pipe. You could tell he took great pride in his work. He was friendly, efficient, and experienced. A few weeks ago a neighbor- friend had Rapid Rooter come at night for an emergency sewer backup.
Charles impressed me with his service then too. Their receptionist was wonderful to work with too. This is a five star company!

Well first off my problem happened at 6 pm after we got home from work. I called 3 other places and they all had ads that said 24hour but were not. I called and got right thru to a very nice lady that took my info and said the guy would be out in about an hour. Im in woodland and rapid rooter is out of sacramento so its a good 30-45 min drive. Sean was the name of the guy they sent. And he was by far the coolest guy ive met doing this crappy work. He was incredibly nice, very informative, and was a first class act! He wore boot cover when he came in so he didnt track anything in our house. Oh did i mention its raining!! Never said a word about being out in the rain. Seriously, if you dont use this company for any and all repairs or services they offer then you are probably going to get screwed and rightfully so. I will repeat my business to them and refer anyone i can! Its 930 and he just left and after all said and done it cost me 164 bucks! 5 out of 5 stars and thats an easy call! Call them!

Okay, you have heard it before, but hear it again. All toilets in the house backed up and was coming back out the tub. Yes, my morning business was now floating in the tub.

I needed someone to come out quick to handle the issue and solve the problem right away. Many companies I called said ""we can be there later today""...Not what I wanted. Yes, I am demanding as most may know, but Rapid Rooter handled it very quickly. I was told the technician would be out to my house in about an hour, and bam! There he was ""On Time"". (Master) Luke was my technician and he helped to diagnose the problem and went straight to work on it. He cleared out the main drain line and everything was flowing as it should. He even had me test it out multiple time to double/triple check the line was clear. I got to see the problem as he showed me what the issue was. Roots were getting into the line causing a blockage. Luke ""Rooted"" it out and cleared the lines in no time.

This was my first time using Rapid Rooter, but will definitely not be the last. They are going into my book for helpful people to call.

Pros:
1. Wore boot covers into my house to not get it dirty. (Much appreciated)
2. On time.
3. Reasonable Rates.
4. Quick diagnosis and repair.
5. Personable technician willing to educate.
6. Not having to shower/bathe in my *(&&(%!

Cons:
1. I had to go back to work.

Trust me, if you get (Master) Luke from Rapid Rooters, you will not be disappointed.
