First time getting a plumbing service. Yelp has proven to be so helpful! The lady (Sabrina) who picked up my call was extremely courteous and walked me through the process. Same day appointment was set up for my parents house. (Water from washing machine came up from the bath tub drain) The guy showed up on time and cleaned the main drain for my parents'. He was in and out in half an hour. Super friendly and professional. I would go to them again should there be another plumbing problem. (Though we are hoping we don't have to use their service again soon)

I am so pleased to share our experience with Rapid First Plumbing. We were the classic Thanksgiving story of getting ready for our guests and realizing our toilets were backing up. After a creative access to a bathroom, we were able to make Thanksgiving Day work. First thing this morning, we called for help. Within an hour, Travis walked in and got to work. Unbelievable. He was energetic, good humored and determined. What a Godsend! He was incredibly thorough.
Travis even told us how to cure our dribbling faucets.

I had a leak in my front yard by the main shut off valve so I called Rapid First Plumping. It was too late in the day for someone to come out so they promised to arrive first thing in the morning and at least diagnose the problem. They arrived on time and explained how they would figure out the source of the leak. After some digging they found that a 90 degree pvc pipe had cracked and needed to be replaced. They were very accommodating and offered to continue with the repair even though it was a last minute appointment. They gave me an estimate and completed the repair quickly for the price they quoted. This is not the first time I have called them for an issue that needed an immediate response. Great people to work with, very professional and they are very fast to respond when you need them.

Had a blockage in the main line yesterday, and one of our shower drains was backing up badly. Had a lot of disgusting looking stuff in the shower pan! I called my regular guy, but they couldn't make it out until late Monday. That was going to be a 4 day wait! Well, my wife wasn't going for that, so I started a search for another company. Long story short, I read reviews about Rapid Rooter, and gave them a call. The nice lady who answered the phone, said she could have someone over in about 90 minutes. So, in about an hour, I got a followup call saying the tech would be at my house in 30 minutes. And sure enough, he was right on time. His name was Travis, and he was a very nice and professional young man. He went right to work after introductions etc, and proceeded snaking my line from the main clean out out front. The culprit was a small ball of tree roots. He cleaned the lines out thoroughly, and also, which I didn't expect, dropped a camera down, and let me see the whole line going out to the street. It all looked good. He also said it would be a fairly easy fix later on, if I wanted to repair the joint that was allowing the roots to come in. He also pin pointed right where the joint was so if I wanted to dig and expose it myself, it would save me a lot of money when I decided to have it repaired. The total cost was more than I usually pay, but just the fact they came out when I needed them, seem to make it all worth it. Plus, having the camera there, was a bonus. No one really wants to ever have to call a plumber, but when you have to, it's nice to know that there's good ones out there like Travis and Rapid Rooter! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

First time we have ever need a plumber, contacted Rapid Rooter and right on schedule, Marshall Mickelson, Jr. arrived.

I explained the issue to Marshall. Personally uneducated in the field of plumbing, I was prepared to hear him to start talking about technical terms i did not know and ask me to give him all my money. complete opposite!!!

he simply explained that what we where experiencing was not an issue and was harmless and that it did not need any repairs. He also gave us some future tips on things we should prepare to replace as the home gets older and we plan on renting it out.

Marshall Mickelson is and honest man in an industry which has a bad reputation for taking advantage of uneducated consumers. Thank You!!!! my myself my wife and the dobermans.

Called three other places to clear a clog before calling Rapid Rooter. All others were unable to come out the same evening due to scheduling conflicts. Michael arrive in less than 90 min and immediately got to work. He spent a good amount of time attempting to find my clean out drain in the front of my house. He event went as far as to go down the street to ask my neighbor, who had the same layout, if they had a clean out. Unfortunately, they didn't which meant my house didn't either. He was kind enough to do all this before charging 100$ for a scope to find the clean out, saving me 100$!

He offered to put in a clean out, but we weren't ready to do that at the moment. So we opted to have him pull the toilet and run a snake to clear the clog. Michael was fast, CLEAN and very friendly.

My wife and I were extremely happy with his service and will be using this company again.

not sure what happened. they helped clear my line but i needed a bigger repair that was gonna cost perhaps $5000. when i was ready to do it, i called and the phone calls just went straight to voicemails with no reply even after leaving voicemail. thus i went with another company.

Plumbing backed up on Sunday morning... Rapid Rooter was able to come out within an hour and unclog it in less time than that.
