Rapid Construction Solutions...Quick, building, problem solvers. The name rings true once you've worked with Rapid CSI. I recently moved into a new house that has a wraparound redwood deck on the second level that was in need of repair and refurbishment. After having asked several outfits to give me estimates on the work, I could see that I was going to have to go the repair and refurbishment route as replacing the entire deck was going to be too costly. I also began to realize, after a few estimates, that most construction companies did not want to take the job. They were either pricing the job well above what I thought it would cost and/or were just flat out rude. I didn't need/want the whole thing replaced; just the parts that were unsafe. See my other Yelps...enter Jeremy from Rapid CSI. He worked out a solution for my deck that made it safe and easy for me to complete. Staying within a budget when you're using pressure treated wood and redwood can be a challenge. He came up with a remedy for my deck, that for the most part, stayed within my budget and shored up my deck to the point where it was safe and I could finish it off. The job was not easy and when he had the option to skimp on materials or expertise, he chose to set me up for success with a job well done. When it's time to rework the rest of the deck, it's a big deck, and/or we need a tankless water heater, I would not hesitate to use Jeremy and Rapid CSI for more work on the house. Quality work at a fair price.

Craig was very professional, will definitely reach out to RCS for help on future repairs.
thank you

Several things went wrong with this project. When I requested a bid, I included photos of the panel I was asking to work from. I removed the outer door and the inner cover to show exactly what I had available. I received a quote based upon these photos and a clear description. I agreed to the price and made an appointment for the work to be completed. The contractor with whom I made this appointment did not show up at 9am, as scheduled. I attempted to contact him at 10am and was sent straight to voicemail. I tried to text him and received no response. I called the front office and was sent to voicemail. I left a message there. At 11am I called again and received no response. Shortly thereafter, I received a call. His reason for missing the appointment was that he simply forgot and had something else to which he needed to attend (taking his contractor's license test). He said he'd be out to my house shortly. Instead, several hours later, two other contractors showed up. They were both professional, friendly, and helpful but didn't have enough time or the materials to complete what was supposed to be a few hour job. I had to arrange for someone to be home an additional day to be able to have the remainder of the job completed. Next morning, the original contractor called me to say that it would require more time than he originally thought and increased the bid by another 1/3 (with about half of the work completed). He said his original plan to accomplish the work using the panel we first discussed wasn't feasible (again, despite having clear photos of the outside and inside of that panel). I felt compelled to have the in-progress work completed, so I agreed but made it clear that the situation was very disappointing. The two contractors who showed up and did the work in the place of the original contractor did an excellent job but the fact that I had to remind the original contractor of the appointment, the fact that I had to be available two days for what should have been a one day job, and the fact that the cost was increased by 1/3 after half of the job was complete makes it impossible for me to recommend this company.

Communication was spot on. Showed up on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased with the work and integrity. Will be hiring them for our other jobs.

On time, friendly and effecient. Job well done!

Very responsive, great service. During a recent severe storm, our roof developed a small leak that originated underneath our solar panel array.
The company that originally installed it was not interested in providing service, so I went in search of someone else to take care of it. Yelp found Jeremy and company for me. Tanner and his helper arrived on time and completed the removal, roof repairs and re-installation of 14 panels in 3 hours! Great service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

If i could leave 0 stars, i would.
It all started on 1/31/21. I inquired about a quote for because there is a water leak in my ceiling. When consulting with ""Jeremy"" of Rapid i was put on hold many times, and also was very unclear if he knew what he was talking about. He advised me he would come to assess the problem, on 2/1/21 (today) and was a no show. When i called to see what is going on, i was met with great hostility and soon learned i was speaking with a ""craig"". Jeremy and his colleagues are very rude, and am unsatisfied with customer service. I give 0 stars to rapid construction

These guys were very professional and polite!!! I had a very quick electrical job that needed to be done and they quoted me half the price of 3 other companies! They showed up on time and did the job in about 10 minutes! We are very pleased and will definitely contact them for future jobs!

Jeremy and team were responsive from first contact to completing the work. We were not sure about installing the door along a curved wall, Jeremy was confident about what needs to done and planned it well from framing to painting. We are happy with finished product

Jeremy contacted me and apologized for missing the appointment due to the fact that he had a medical emergency. He rescheduled the appointment.
