We had Rapid Bath completely redo our bathroom. It looks so amazing and exactly as we had hoped. With any big project today, there are delays and snags that just are part of our world now. Rapid bath handled the few we had with such care. Just one example, one one occasion, Vitaliy asked if he could stay late to make sure enough work was done to complete the next days flooring. He stayed until almost 8 pm. Now that is dedication to a customers project. He didn't have to, but he did. Vitaliy and Chris were so excellent and concerned about details that we wouldn't have noticed. Chris asked if we had any extra paint for the walls as he saw several inconsistencies where we had painted. Instead of touching up, he put a whole new coat on the whole thing. It looks awesome. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our new bathroom and the whole process. Thank you Rapid Bath!!

Wow! Where to start...

In the early stages, Vitaly (hoping for correct spelling) came to our home and helped us brainstorm the possibilities of our available space. We had a good plan, that he helped us flesh out. My wife, degreed Interior Designer, and Vitaly had great colaboration in the colors and textures for what I know call our 'Mistress Bathroom'. Excellent execution, attention to detail, and the end result, nothing short of SPECTULAR!! $$$ well spent. This is the Company you need for your Bathroom renovation.

Vitaliy and his crew were great from start to finish. We are so grateful that we found them! Other companies were pushy with their sales pitch but not Vitaliy. He really listened to us and made thoughtful recommendations but we never felt pressured. It was clear from the beginning that he really wanted us to be happy and create exactly what we were looking for. He communicated with us throughout the process and was always quick to respond if we had questions.

They replaced an old fiberglass insert tub/shower with a beautiful tub, floor to ceiling tile, new fixtures and beautiful custom tile insert shelf. The project was priced affordably which left us enough budget to replace our old laminated counter with a beautiful custom quartz countertop, sink, and fixtures. It all looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

They did the entire project in only 3 1/2 days!! On the last day Vitaliy came to personally inspect every detail and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely call them again for our next project.

Peter came to give us an estimate within a day or two of my initial email with Rapid Bath. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He carefully measured everything, went over all our options with us, showed us lots of photos of product options, patiently waited while we made decisions, and gave us a detailed estimate for each of the options we were considering. Our bathroom was extremely dated and hard to clean. We called Vitaliy and he gave us a great price and told us exactly what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. We decided to have him do it. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Him and his helper were very professional and courteous and took their time to set things up and to protect our flooring. They did a new tub, tile walls, new flooring, cabinets, granite counter top, moving lighting and drywall repair all in just 3 days. He did offer us his one day transformation with his solid and no grout products, but we love tile. The end result was magnificent!!!
