The service I received today was great. Jose was very nice and willing to answer my questions. His dad was his helper and he worked very hard. They make a good team and I could not ask for anything more. I will use them again. I like they are family oriented. They did high quality work.
The value was great. The price was reasonable. I need some more things done. D there was pressure to do it now. He told me to call when I was ready.

We had a section of tile in our shower where the grout had started to crack causing a leak. Jose and team worked us in their schedule and made repairs within 4 days of requesting a quote. Made the repairs in under 3 hours with great results. Professional and friendly. Very accommodating on different payment methods.

I have used Rapalo Handyman for a bunch of jobs of varying size, for example:

Small jobs
--Installing curtain rods
--Tightening loose fixtures

Big jobs:
--Replacing my entire floor
--Finishing a closet

They are great. Jose is really, really reliable and communicative. He asks a lot of questions to make sure he does the jobs right. I'm totally useless with tools so it is so comforting to know that I have someone I can call when my lights are flickering or my doors or sticking or whatever. Highly recommend.

did a good job on the plumbing and a pretty good job on the wall repair. there is one screw that was not set deep enough into the Sheetrock and they painted over it. they also made a pretty sizable mess with the sheet rock dust. they did some mopping in the main areas, but there was still a lot of dust when they left. I had to hire a housekeeper to clean up everything.

Ceiling fans instillation:
When Lowe's instillation scheduling fell through, ( I will never buy instillation service with Lowe's again) I called these guys instead. Their price is pretty reasonable compared to others and they installed five ceiling fans in about three hours. I also like that they're available on weekends because of my work schedule. Highly recommend.

searched for GC to build a tree fort - had ordered plans on Etsy but needed to be scaled to fit our yard. José and crew came out timely to review plans with me and got straight to work. Very happy with their service and final product (value and work ethic included).

We had an issue with some lights and outlets not working. We were quoted double the price from an electrician, but Jose was able to come out and fix it. Arrived one time (and sooner than expected). He and his employee were very fast in diagnosing the issue and thorough. They tighten all the wires in the outlets and recommended some fixes for us in the future that we could do in case of a power surge. We're very pleased and will definately use Rapalo again.
