Called them at 8:15 a.m. & left a message; he was here by 10 a.m., wearing his mask, fixed two small problems in 20 minutes. Extremely polite, showed us what the problems were, wrote up invoice & we were so happy!

Had a unique problem in that we'd removed our old tub and were about to install a shower pan, but the existing drain needed to be changed. Danny worked with us to plan out the adjusted drain, then waited for us to rebuild part of a wall. Then, when we were ready, he returned to finish the job. All worked out great. I felt the cost was very fair along with polite, professional customer service. I will use again in the future if needed.

I'm a Boulder City resident. When my Hot water heater started leaking not only were they out there to look at it within an hour... they had a new water heater installed by mid afternoon. They did great work and the price was way less than what I was expecting.

We have had several interactions with them lately, and have used them often this year. They have done a great job on all occasions. They answer promptly and show up timely once you get on their schedule. Typically they work you into the schedule in 24-48 hours if not an emergency (same day if emergency). Their plumbers are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Do not ever use Rant's Plumbing!!! Charged me for 1.5 hours of labor when he was there for less than an hour. When i asked him about it, he was extremely rude and said that he charges you the minute he leaves his shop and he would just raise the price of the toilet cost to offset the labor cost if he brought the labor down to 1 hour from 1.5 hours.
Was rude to my wife with an attitude for most of the time.

This place is a joke don't ever go to them for help they will rip you off! Charged me for digging when I dug the whole trench, and to top it off they're extremely rude and not professional.

At first it was difficult to get an appointment. Once I finally had a time/date on the calendar, I was very impressed with the work and how quickly the repair was taken care of. Dan was very nice and professional. I would definitely use Rant's Plumbing again.

I called for a plugged drain. Paid for a lot if trouble shooting. Every step he took the problem got worse. Such as: Your main is probably crushed from a tree root. You may never be able to wash a large load of clothes again. Your roof vent is plugged. We may have to cut into this wall because the pipes behind here may have turned. It's your angle stop. I bet your toilet is plugged up in the S turn. So he removes my toilet and drops it and busts it. I got charged $189.00 for a new toilet ! He charges me $458.00 and leaves. I do a load of clothes and the water comes up under the toilet. I call he comes back uses a big ""$94.00"" per hr electric snake. Pushes it down about 50 ft . Replaces the toilet. Charges me another $158.00 ! My tile is chipped on the floor. The wallpaper is scratched and dirty. The wooden door is chipped. Then that night I took a shower and the tub was plugged. I plunged it and it was ok. The toilet was never installed correctly. It tipped and banged each time you sat on it until I finally tightened the bolts.I called Rants to ask for him to take off the cost of the toilet and the second visit. He wasn't having it. He whined so much with so many excuses it began to hurt my ear! I knew he wasn't going to man up. So I hung up the phone. His father never would have done business that way. I tell everyone about my experience with them now! I'll never call rants plumbing again! Donna Curry Boulder City.
