I can only say good things about this company. I've been a customer for many years, and have referred many customer's as well. There courteous manner, and timely appointment schedule has alway's been on the money. They have been there with service at all hours of the day, and has alway's been there to listen and troubleshoot problems over the phone. I've also had after hours appointments for emergency service. This is a company which should be acknowledge for excellence in all area's of Plumbing & Heating. I am a very satisfied customer.

So these folks show up to my house unannounced in the summer time when my tank is 75% full and full up the remaining 25% and then demand that we pay them right then and there. What are you doing, I didn't need or ask for extra oil. We had plenty at that time and didn't ask or approve of this unwanted and unwarranted delivery. I'm sorry but this is an unscrupulous business practice. Show up unannounced, force things on our household we never asked for then demand payment. This is some kind of racket they're running here.

When you go out to eat they ask you if you'd like a refill. They don't just bring you a new bottle of wine when the one you already ordered is still half full then add the second unsolicited bottle to the bill then get up on a high horse and yell and scream at you demanding payment for a bottle you never asked for.

Completely unreasonable people running this company.

They came to the house to service the boiler and water heater. The person cleaned out the boiler, scrubbed all the pipes down, changed the washers, re-sealed everything, vacuumed all the crevices, and wiped everything down. Even tagged/labeled all the pipes. I thought he did a thorough job and would recommend this company to others. He didn't clean everything would a fine tooth comb (as expected) but I thought he was thorough enough.

I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient in explaining everything to me. That was very important to me.

I haven't had much experiences with other companies but the feel I got was this place might charge a little more than others but they do offer discounts and pricing can be ""negotiated"".

I have used this company since 2009. This past year I have had three pipes fixed. I didn't hesitate to call them. They are very professional and do a great job. They clean up any mess. They may be a little pricey, but for the work they do, it is worth every penny. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating issues.

Came today for a small boiler problem. Hing was excellent - thorough, patient and very articulate, explaining all we needed to know. Gave us very particular instructions for maintenance so that there will be no need for us to call them for emergency service. We really appreciate that level of service. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Needed a simple gas hookup for a new stove. Company took a non-refundable $125 (PLUS tax) deposit over the phone, would not quote a price for the actual job. Tech arrived, quoted an insanely high price of well over $500 -- but, with a 15% new customer ""discount"" a mere $436 total -- for a TEN MINUTE JOB.

I do not know what anyone could complain about ! I have been a customer for about 30 yrs .

If i call them they come the same day, their men all clean up after them selves ,which i so appreciate!

Yes i get oil from them they track the outdoor temps and i have never run out of oil

If they deliver oil they leave a reading and bill.

I send payment usually before a bill .
When i call the receptionists are always kind .

I would not use anyone else .

Shop around they are very deceiving they are not upfront and honest. I will pay for services as long as you tell me what you'll charge me.
