We have called him a few times now. We were having an overflowing sewage drain in my front yard and we had called some other companies at least on maybe 3 occasions but the problem kept coming back. The other companies were urging us to spend $5000 to $7000 to replace the sewage line. My husband did some searches on yelp and found Ranger Rooter. Once he came he cut the roots in the sewage pipe and since then we never had that issue happen. Recently I had another issue where one of my toilets was clogged. He came and took care of that rather quickly. His price is fair, service and professionalism top notch!

This guy had good reviews, but I had a different experience.
He quoted me over the yelp quoting system $145 to clear my drain. When he got here, he said the job was bigger, and would be $240. I'm guessing his original quote was for a simple job I could have done (and tried to do) myself...

I agreed to the new rate. But then he said his equipment was broken, and needed to leave for 20 minutes to get it fixed. I waited well over an hour hearing nothing from him, so I had to re-contact him. At that point, he said he couldn't get back to my house and finish the job before I had a commitment to leave the house. I've burned the day, now wishing I tried a different company...

We had a tub drain clog and I called Ranger Rooter last minute and they were able come out around 6:30 pm which was fantastic. Josue came in and took care of things quickly and got our drain running in less than an hour. I'm so pleased that it was easy, quick and a great price!

Totally saved the day (and the weekend)! Josue replied to our quote request in the middle of the night on a Friday and suggested to come fix our drain the following day - a Saturday. We had new tenants moving into our apartment on that Saturday so it was essential to get the problem fixed fast. The price seemed very reasonable, Josue was there on time, and the service was great. So thankful and relieved!
