I called Josue at 8:52am. He called back at 8:53. Came in at 11:00am. Fixed it in 30min.
Price was great, service and responsiveness were excellent, and Josue's attitude and professionalism were top notch.
Finally we can take a shower, not a bath!

We had a back up in our plumbing due to tree roots. I called another well yelp-rated Roter Rooter company first. We had used this previous company about 2 1/2 years ago. They charged $225 then. I asked how much it would cost now and they quoted over the phone $225-$300. When the guy arrived, he said it would cost $400 now since it required 2 men to move the equipment around. We said no thank you and called Ranger Rooter. They were here within 1 1/2 hour of my call, did a great job, and charged $155!!!! No complaints and guess who I'm calling next time!

Leaving far away from my rental property in Mountain View, make it hard enough to find a trusted company when something in the property needs immediate repair, such as, plumbing. Finding Ranger Rooter after a major drainage repair was reported to me late at night, had been the best. Josue Chacon works not only in a fast pace, but his professional service and very affordable prices makes me feel at easy in regards to plumbing services. I've used other entities before, but after using Ranger Rooter there is no better service. Ranger Rooter is second to none.

After leaving an unanswered voice mail with another plumber I'd used in the past I called Ranger Rooter on a Saturday afternoon. Josue Chicon responded quickly and said he could be there in 90 minutes. He showed up less than an hour later, quickly got to work and cleared my sewer line within 20 minutes. Money well spent and he applied a discount coupon that I didn't even know existed, let alone have in my possession. Thoroughly professional and friendly fellow. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again (though I hope I never need to).

been living in my apartment for over two years now and had issues with the shower drain ever since. after waiting over 5 days for my manager to fix the issue I decided to search elsewhere so that I could finally take a shower! I was referred to this company by a family member and when I called and explained my dire situation I was able to (THANKFULLY) get some same day assistance!! Josue was very professional and its been over a month and I haven't had any issues with the drain since! He was able to fix the problem pretty quick and the price was very reasonable although I went ahead and forwarded that to my apartment manager!!! Thank you so much Ranger Rooter I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

did a fine job at my fathers house - he could have charged us a lot more by selling us a rooting of the main line. instead he cleaned a p-trap and replaced the fresh water line on the toilet. we had a follow up call the next day to check on things.

I'm glad we didn't go with the big R (rotor rooter) and called a small business instead.

Ranger Rooter is excellent and I'd recommend it 100% - not only have they done work in my home, but my family members as well. Now, we call Ranger Rooter at work too, first call they make whenever something happens. They answer, they tell you what time they'll be there and they show up ready to fix things.

I'm writing this review after having Ranger Rooter work on my condo on 2 separate occasions. First time was a clogged bath tub that draino wouldn't fix (as it usually does), second time was a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Both times Josue was available to get the job done within 24 hours. During the kitchen sink repair, he warned me that my kitchen pipes looked very old and might crack during the snaking, and estimated a low price to repair if it needed it. It ended up cracking, but his cost for putting in a new piple was only $40. Very reasonable. His work is good, he is friendly and offers good customer service. The jobs were guaranteed for 4 months if there was still a problem.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. They called back in a few minutes and said there was an issue with scheduling and they can come next morning. Ok, fine, I said.

I was given a window from 9am to 10 am (during very busy day at work). I waited till 11am and left for work. They never showed up. They didn't call to tell they were late. They never picked up their own phone, I called few times. And they never called after that either.

I was really looking forward to a good local service with great Yelp reviews. Instead I got the same kind of crappy treatment as from Comcast and the likes.
