Adam W.Had two great interactions with them on small projects, so I decided to use them for a big project.
Communication was terrible. Work was terrible. Got half finished and disappeared. I went up the ladder at the company to try and get help. I received an apologetic and hopeful conversation and was ""put on the schedule"" for 4 months out.
I called them 4x after 3 months to make sure I was still on the schedule. None of my calls were returned. I then emailed and got the reply that I actually wasn't on the schedule and wouldn't be on it until ""spring."" In Montana, that could be f-ing July.
I cannot move back into my home until this project is done and Ranger wasted 4 months of my life and patience when I could have called other companies.
Ted C.I was happy with the service UNTIL presented with a bill for $272 to replace a shower cartridge. They had the audacity to charge $147.50 for a part that costs $17.50 at The Home Depot. I understand a reasonable markup for parts - but this was outrageous and made me lose trust in their company. The plumber they sent was named Kevin. He's a good plumber and I believe he's personally not responsible for their price gouging. I hold the owner responsible and will not recommend them or use them in the future.
Carl W.2 1/2 hours and over $300 to install a new dishwasher? I wanted to go local rather than Home Depot or Lowes but that doesn't seem to have been the way to go.
