I called to possibly have my sprinklers winterized. I was told it was to early and they would call when it became time. It got cold so I did it myself. They finally called and I told them I did not need their service and that I did it myself. Two weeks later I come home get the mail and I have a bill for $69.88 from Randy's. They did nothing for me never even stepped foot on my property. I called in they took the bill off and I did not pay for a thing. Just very shady of this business to be doing this. I do not recommend them to anyone. Very poor business practice.
Gene R.I had Randy and his crew come over to service my sprinkler system and they were great! They fixed what was broke and re-adjusted all of the heads so there are not any dry spots in the yard. The were fast to respond, did excellent work and really reasonable in price. I am very satisfied and I would advise anyone to call these people if you need sprinkler work done!
