I agree with others who say these people from the owner to the office staff to the plumbers they are beyond rude and they do it at $160.00 per hour. They had a plumber and a helper replace my gas line and they probably left numerous times over the week they worked here, and yes they would both leave to go get something they had forgotten at the shop or to purchase parts and yes they were still charging $160.00 per hour while they were running around. There was work the helper could have been doing while the plumber was driving around but I guess they were inseparable. They unhooked a pipe and plugged it off for five minutes to check for a leak and then re-hooked it up and still charged $160.00 a full hour. I had mentioned that I could do this if they would just leave there gauge on and check it after 5 min. But they called Randy out and he came and pretty much told me to keep my hands off any work that they were doing. If we had not been without gas for about a week already I would have told him to get his people and there crap off my property as I was the owner of the house and could do as I pleased. They kind of had us over a barrel though and we just wanted it finished. So if your looking for a plumber I would definitely look elsewhere or know you have been warned. There are to many choices in Midland to make the wrong choice. I can assure you Randy's will NEVER SET FOOT ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN!

i use them last year
and it was a mess when they cut the drain hose they never fix it back ...only put a piece a plastic on top and cover it with dirt that make a bigger problem really bad services

We called them on a Thursday and he came out... according to them fixed the issue. Well Friday night issue had not been fixed. We had to close all weekend because when we called them to complain we were told their work is not guaranteed. Worst company EVER!

Horrible horrible do not use I had cops called on me cause I refused to pay for the plumber to look down and move a shower curtain and say I had a stoppage but clearly there was more wrong. Irene called police about altercation when really there was only a refusal to pay. I was told by cop they could give me a ticket which would cost way more than $50 for theft of services. I did pay mind you at Christmas time for remember a guy to look down at toilet and move a shower curtain. Oh yea and I told her I was going to put this on Facebook and she said she was going to sue me. Oh yes I did say come out I am here waiting and when I felt like I was being taken advantage of I said I know another plumber that will cost $$ that's when the problem started. Please hope this never happens to anyone else!

Awesome customer service! Jake & Dustin were so polite & knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed our slab leak for a great price & gave us time to pull up our new flooring without charging us extra time. We won't be using anybody else for our plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing problem intermittently for 2.5 years and all the major plumbing companies and even a leak specialist gave their opinions, did work and I spent thousands of dollars and still had the same problem recurring, water leaking under the hot water heater/furnace closet and eventually flowing onto my carpet. Randy's Rooter Rooter Plumbing was recommended by a friend and they came to my house the same day I called, identified the leak, fixed the leak, went over and beyond with the most efficient, professional work I've ever witnessed. The charges were quite reasonable, especially considering the men kept working after 5 pm. As long as I live in Midland, I will always use these plumbers. Irene was professional and friendly when I called. I'd give this company 100 stars if I could.

I called for a stopped up drain. The guy came, but did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with him. He said my drain was open and I paid him only to find out a couple of days later, we still had the same issue. I called and spoke to Randy and he told me he would send someone back out. No one showed. I called the next day and again, Randy assured me that someone would be out. No one showed. I called again and was told that I did not purchase a warranty for their work so I would have to pay again! That is not my idea of a reputable company that stands behind their work! I would not use them!

Called about clogged drain on main line between building and tank. Scheduled service man to come out the next day.
Serviceman arrived at scheduled time received call from main office when he was headed our way.
Service man arrived made and assessment and within about half an hour had our drains running great. They took time to help us determine what could have caused our clog and preventive ideas to keep it from happening again. Very reasonable rates.
Will use and recommend them.
