Horrible horrible do not use I had cops called on me cause I refused to pay for the plumber to look down and move a shower curtain and say I had a stoppage but clearly there was more wrong. Irene called police about altercation when really there was only a refusal to pay. I was told by cop they could give me a ticket which would cost way more than $50 for theft of services. I did pay mind you at Christmas time for remember a guy to look down at toilet and move a shower curtain. Oh yea and I told her I was going to put this on Facebook and she said she was going to sue me. Oh yes I did say come out I am here waiting and when I felt like I was being taken advantage of I said I know another plumber that will cost $$ that's when the problem started. Please hope this never happens to anyone else!

Awesome customer service! Jake & Dustin were so polite & knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed our slab leak for a great price & gave us time to pull up our new flooring without charging us extra time. We won't be using anybody else for our plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing problem intermittently for 2.5 years and all the major plumbing companies and even a leak specialist gave their opinions, did work and I spent thousands of dollars and still had the same problem recurring, water leaking under the hot water heater/furnace closet and eventually flowing onto my carpet. Randy's Rooter Rooter Plumbing was recommended by a friend and they came to my house the same day I called, identified the leak, fixed the leak, went over and beyond with the most efficient, professional work I've ever witnessed. The charges were quite reasonable, especially considering the men kept working after 5 pm. As long as I live in Midland, I will always use these plumbers. Irene was professional and friendly when I called. I'd give this company 100 stars if I could.

I called for a stopped up drain. The guy came, but did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with him. He said my drain was open and I paid him only to find out a couple of days later, we still had the same issue. I called and spoke to Randy and he told me he would send someone back out. No one showed. I called the next day and again, Randy assured me that someone would be out. No one showed. I called again and was told that I did not purchase a warranty for their work so I would have to pay again! That is not my idea of a reputable company that stands behind their work! I would not use them!

Called about clogged drain on main line between building and tank. Scheduled service man to come out the next day.
Serviceman arrived at scheduled time received call from main office when he was headed our way.
Service man arrived made and assessment and within about half an hour had our drains running great. They took time to help us determine what could have caused our clog and preventive ideas to keep it from happening again. Very reasonable rates.
Will use and recommend them.

Had them come out to replace a sewer line and instead of a trencher they sent a guy with a shovel and at 30 an hour no thanks. We finished digging the trench and Randy went crazy. This is a very unprofessional company and we were told by Randy to never call them again. No problem. This compant is a rip off. When a homeowner tries to save some money when this company had a trencher but its convenient that the trencher operator is on vacation. After the line was laid he got mad that we were going to help close in the ditch, Randy told his guy to leave and walked off the job. And yes, his office staff is way beyond rude. Will not tecommend this company to anyone.

Quick , efficient, the problem was not anything difficult he replaced a valve and was done. Technician Christian was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable , another reason we continue to use Randy' Rooter.

Ok. Had a clogged line and did everything I could to fix it myself but failed. Called several places but went with these guys as they were most reasonably priced and could respond quickest. 20 minutes later all was well. Isaac was professional and courteous. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I have never encountered such a rude business owner. I was warned by my roommate (who called him) that he was rude.

We needed an external pipe replaced on our water heater. The plumber came and DESTROYED our water heater with a blow torch and pipe wrench. I told him several times that's not what it needed.

He ignored me and called another plumber (with a tattoo on his face) to help him and when I called someone else to ask them if these guys should be trying to take apart the heater and the tattoo face said I was insulting his intelligence.

There is a sticker under the item the plumber was trying to remove that says DO NOT APPLY HEAT AND DO NOT REMOVE. He did both and after he broke the heater, he told us we needed a new one.

I sent Randy Rooter an email and made several calls to him, he finally called back and told me the guy "barely touched it & he did what you told him to do".

I don't really need much but hot water in the winter would be nice. Plus, a little compassion from a business owner when he is at fault.

I am a reasonable person and I really am having a hard time believing Randy was so rude during our conversation.... HE HUNG UP ON ME.

I will now begin proceedings in regard to this matter as he doesn't need to be in business if he conducts it in such a manner.
