I rarely take the time to write reviews, but when I do, it means I fully endorse a company or individual. My family called Randy yesterday when we had an issue, and it was the day before Thanksgiving. First impressive thing was that he called back literally two minutes later. Ten minutes later, he was at our house. Not only did he efficiently take care of our issue, but we liked him. He is friendly, had a great rapport, and we truly were impressed with his style and efficiency. I keep a book of ""go-to"" people on my desk. He is now a permanent addition. I will always use him from now on. He was terrific.

I arrived home one evening to water coming down my driveway. When I opened the garage door water was pouring from my hot water heater. I phoned my husband in a panic, he spoke with a contractor that had done our bathroom remodel. He praised Randy and gave us his number. Randy said he was in our neighborhood and would be right there. He arrived within minutes.. he appraised the situation and it looked like we needed to replace the hot water heater. He returned the next morning at the exact time he said he would be here, and did a beautiful, and neat job installing the new water heater. He was very professional, and I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Randy has been our go-to plumber for 5 years. He used to work for another company in town and we would call for him specifically whenever we had problems. He left the company in August 2020 and we were able to find him via Yelp. He is also on Facebook Marketplace.

He came by, looked at the project, and gave us a quote. We accepted and shortly thereafter(when he had an opening) he returned and did the work. He quoted the job taking 2, possibly 3 hours, and was done in less than 2. He tested everything for leaks and added that his work was covered under warranty and to give him a call if anything changes.

His work is excellent and he was extremely professional and a clear communicator. When he was finished Randy left the project cleaner than he found it and disposed of all the remaining materials. He also wore a mask the whole time and wiped down everything he touched when he left.

Randy has done several projects for us in the past. He previously worked for another company but has since started his own company and we are super excited! Randy does exceptional work, cleans up after himself when doing any type of repair and has always been very fair with his pricing. But regardless, he is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed with the quality work, timeliness, and just a super positive demeanor. Randy has not only done several plumbing projects in our home but he also did other miscellaneous repairs/installs when we bought our ""fixer"". He is well rounded and is one of those guys that can pretty much do anything.
