I hate to do this but I have Randy 5 months to make good on his word and he didn't. He took advantage of me during Covid and charged 1000.00 to fix a clogged pipe. Turns out the clog was cleared but he didn't complete the job. He left a mess. I think $1000.00 for less than an hour's work is extreme. He scammed me and makes a million excuses. If you are a woman get a second opinion and get in writing exactly what he is going to complete for the quote. He is full of it. The job he did should have cost 150.00.

He showed up to our home first thing in the morning (we had called the evening before), quickly assessed the problem with our sink and finished the job, all while being genuinely friendly, thoughtful and attentive. Randy and Michelle are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us! We had an emergency irrigation leak over the weekend and Michelle got back to me right away, walking me through how to turn off the water to our house to stop the leak via the phone (it's a new home and I didn't know where/how to turn the water off!). Our landscaper fixed the irrigation problem, but I called Michelle and Randy a few days later to fix a separate problem. They came out that day and fixed the pipes and toilet (and even a problem I didn't know we had!). They are great to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

Randy and Michelle were fantastic. They responded to the call timely, and wasted no time in finding the leak in my house. They were both super helpful in helping me understand what was going on with the leak, and wasted no time in making the repair. The price was far more reasonable than what I was quoted from two other plumbers. Greatest thing of all was the quality of work.

Randy and Michelle were Great They brought in a leak specialist and quickly found my slab leak and were able to stop the flooding right away !
They also were able to re route another pipe to give us some peace
of mind . The old pipes were challenging but Randy's determination prevailed .

Incredible service and exceptionally high-quality work. Professional, friendly, and extremely fair when it comes to price. Re-piped my entire home in North County in a few days. Randy, his wife, and their staff even worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job and accommodate my move-in deadline. I can't say enough good things about Randyman Plumbing. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I used Randyman and they're service was again really great. I had a leak in the shower and called Randyman early evening. They were able to fit me in early the next morning before their other scheduled work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and did so with a pleasant attitude.
