I called my regular plumber to handle a couple of household plumbing problems. They were booked up for the entire month, so they referred me to Randy, who came out the next day. Randy changed my outdoor spigot, and told me why it was dripping before he changed it. He was professional, and his bill was not steep. He was intelligent, and able to answer my questions so I (who has no clue about plumbing) was able to understand him.
