Needed a leaking faucet fixed and new hardware installed in bathtub and shower. Randy was able to come out the next day. The work ended up being more complicated than expected, with a cut into the wall, and pipes to remove the stuck cartridge (20+ years of corrosion). He ran out to get the additional parts, finished the project pretty quickly, with everything functioning well. However, the backing plate was placed upside down, with weep hole facing up, and chalking not finished. We were able to do the finishing details ourselves to avoid water intrusion.

Had them come out to fix a garbage disposal and unclog a bathroom sink. We went through Old Republic. We got a call from the plumber the same day we made the service call to OR. They said they would be out the same day. He came within 3hr of calling!! Got here, fixed and installed a new garbage disposal and unclogged our bathroom sink in under 30minutes!! Awesome job!!!! I had a hot water slab leak, and I was referred to by Rick of Stonegate Painting.
Wow!! Randy is the real deal, honest, clean and efficient.
No padding the job, he offers options and is realistic.
After the leak detection using the machine with his skills and his fellow plumber, they pinpointed the leak, isolated it and rerouted the piping.
All for $950, now I'm not saying your situation will cost the same, more or less but Randy Potts wont take advantage of your lack of knowledge or understanding.
By the way he responded, fast too enough said.
