This is a reliable company that's been in business for 40 years! Longevity speaks for itself! Highly recommend

Had a water main issue just after 5:00. I had never used them before. The plumbers arrived within 15 minutes. So impressed. Not overcharges for the work they did. Very grateful. They will be my go to plumber from now on!

I call on Tuesday, ask about getting washer valves replaced and if it could be done this week sometime, since new washer is being delivered on Saturday. I explained details of type of washer valves we have and that we would like the same type. I ask approximately how long the job would take. How they charge? I do get their pricing structure, $68 for first half hour, and $96 for each after! I am assured that they can come on Friday between 8am and 9am. Then, I'm asked for a credit card to schedule the appointment. I am told they enter all their appointments on an electronic ticket format and they require a credit card on file to schedule appointments. Really? I asked twice if my credit card would be charged. Nope, just their method of scheduling appointments. Okay. I figure let's give them a try. Here we are Friday morning, I rearrange my work schedule to accommodate their between 8 and 9 am appointment. I leave my mom waiting. Now it's 9:20am, I decided to followup on the appointment. Call and am told there is no ticket/appointment for my address. WHAT? Was told that happened to another client yesterday. Seems to be their computer program. She wants to reschedule her techs to come out but not sure what time they might make it. Asks me to wait. Then asks me what I need done. I hear her speaking with the tech, who asks if I have copper or pvc piping. I have copper. I am now informed that sure they can come out, but the whole they will be making to change the valves is not something they will repair and that the job will probably take 2 1/2 hours! So let me get this straight, now you lost my appointment, you want to come at your convenience not mine, leave a whole that I was not aware would need to be repaired and charge me over $400 for the job. No way can I feel confident with this operation. I proceed to cancel this appointment and will find a professionally managed operation that can explain the particulars ahead of time, so I can prepare myself accordingly. This experience was not positive for me.

Excellent, honest, timely service. Friendly technician Quentin explained everything that was wrong with my pipes, pointing out exactly how poorly they were flowing before and after he worked on them. I got water all over the floor- my own fault, he told me to run the sink and I did it with the drain CLOSED! I got out my own shop vac to clean up the small flood in my bathroom and he did it for me then dumped the heavy water canister outside for me. He didn't make the mess, he didn't have to do that. Unfortunately, my very old house might need more extensive plumbing work that this company does not do, but I recommend them highly

Extremely happy once again! Came home from work water in my patio. What is this? Hot water tank....gone!! Valve will not shut off, main water to home now off. No water on Friday at 3:00pm. Lovely!!! Called Randy Mask plumbing. Told them what was going on to my amazement, by 6:00pm we had hot water!!! Thanks again, I appreciate this! Didn't think it would happen that night. Price even at short notice better than others. Thank you Dianne M

Dreaded calling a plumber but I had a bad kitchen sink leak and some other troublesome issues. Called and they had a plumber come out the next day. I needed a new sink and other bathroom work. All taken care of very professionally and FAST! Not only was my original problem fixed but the guys that came out gave me some great advice that will help me down the road in terms of water conservation, long term plumbing issues and the like. Friendly, professional and clean and worked around my schedule. Will DEFINITELY use again. Thank you Randy Mask!

Our old water heater burst in our house. My wife could not turn off the main water line. I called Randy Mask plumbing, they had someone there literally in 15 minutes and stopped the flood. They then replaced the heater right away. That type of service is rare. I use them at my house and office. Excellent service at very fair prices!

My post is intended to warn the community about a serious issue we had with a local plumber, Randy Mask Plumbing. I hope this review will make you reconsider ever hiring them in the future. In July 2021, we moved our washer from a closet indoors to our garage. The plumber came and physically moved the washer from inside our home to the garage. He installed the new box in the garage and capped the old water lines in the hallway closet. Fast forward to February 2024 and our house has a very unsettling smell - as if someone pooped and didn't flush the toilet for hours. I reached out to Mike Mask since he was our go-to plumber for over 10 years. He told me 8 times out of ten it is not a sewer/septic issue. Based on this it made more sense to seek alternative remedies - we had the A/C company come out on multiple occasions to video the air ducts, clean the air ducts, and clean the entire system. They could not find any issue with our AC system. Then we had a rodent company come out in search of a dead animal - nothing. We had to go back to the possibility of it being related to plumbing. Randy Mask Plumbing was supposed to complete a smoke test on May 10th but after not showing during their original promised window and then second promised window we cancelled the appointment. We then had Superior Plumbing come the following Tuesday to do the smoke test. They found that when Randy Mask Plumbing moved the washer to the garage, they failed to cap the drain. Over the course of 3 years, the drain sat uncapped and eventually the p-trad dried up and allowed sewage gases to run through our home. This has impacted our health in so many ways - we have been sick multiple times with respiratory infections. I left a voicemail for Mike Mask letting him know what Superior Plumbing found during the smoke test. When he called me back, he said none of his work orders showed them moving the washer to the garage - only creating the new box in the garage. The work orders that he was referring to were written by the same plumber who stole our garage disposal during our kitchen remodel, damaged our dishwasher, and stole our drill charger (all in one trip to our house!). The plumber returned the stolen garage disposal and Randy Mask Plumbing refunded us for the drill charger (after finding it in the plumber's truck). We eventually had to repair the dishwasher on our own. I would not trust the work order of a plumber who is stealing from customers' homes; but Mike Mask does - because it gets him out of compensating us for the over $1200 in money we put out trying to solve this. We also requested reimbursement for the original job they failed to do correctly, the cost the drywall repairs, and compensation for having to live in a home that reeked of sewer gas due to his incompetent plumber. It is the responsibility of Randy Mask Plumbing to provide services that are up to code and meet health and safety standards of your industry. We are not plumbers. The onus is not on the customer to ensure services provided meet basic industry standards. We should not need to request to have drain lines capped. By not doing so, your company put my family's health at risk, cost us money we can ill afford to spend, and caused a great deal of embarrassment when having friends and family over. We tried to remedy this with the company and not stoop to this level but after multiple unreturned phone calls from Mike Mask we have no other recourse but to warn the community of Randy Mask Plumbing.

This company was recommended to me by another plumbing company. In all fairness to the plumbing part of this, it was done well and on time. But the driver of the commercial truck drove onto my driveway and left tire marks on the drive. I had just had the drive professionally power washed on March 17 and this happened on March 25th. It took a full week to reach Mr. Mask. Mr. Mask came to my home on Saturday, I think, April 2. He told me that it could not have been his truck because the tracks ended to far up the driveway. Additionally I did request that they not park on the driveway (no commercial vehicles have in 6 years), his staff had blown me off, it had to be my vehicle and that I was an entitled woman trying to get something for nothing. Note, I am 73 years of age and my husband has Alzheimers. I'm hardly entitiled. He also told me he had spent years building his reputation and had spent a lot of time in dirty toilets. I found him very aggressive and I asked him to leave. He left and turned around and while finger pointing at me told me I was fired and I should never call them again. (As if I would). Here is the part that bothered me the most, I went back in the house to get my husband and as I came back out the front door, he had turned his truck around on the street, left it running and was taking pictures of our home. When I called to him, he jumped in the truck and sped off. I did make a police report because I felt alarmed and threatened. A neighbor was witness to all the picture taking and inquired who was doing that. The neighbor sits on the HOA and I did advise our community of what had happened. So for 1 toilet, I paid $239. have tire marks on my drive and was treated rudely and became fearful.

Did the job required in fast manner. Polite and knowledgeable. I recommend them to neighbors who needed same service on their back flow device.
