This is a Damn Good Company! Today Friday March 3rd 2023. Dan came to address our problem! He was very Polite Knew his stuff! He completely solved our problem gave us excellent maintenance advice and his fee for the work was what it should be! This is a very honest high skilled company! Any plumbing issue call this company they are fantastic!

The ABSOLUTE WORST plumbing company we have EVER used !!! They installed a hot water heater that did not work. Came back to repair it. I was at the doctor's office since I did not give immediate payment they remove the hot water heater and took it out of the house. Is that legal.? To take my hot water heater, replace it with theirs then take there's again because I did not pay the day it was installed. Buyer beware This company should be OUT of business

I highly recommend this company for a number of reasons. One they had great office personnel. Secondly they came on time. Thirdly they did the job on time . Fourth , they charged what we agreed upon . And last but not to be be forgotten is that he was clean and not messy . Cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. Will call upon this company in the future for any plumbing matter. Once you try them you will use anyone else.

Put wrong size water heater tank in home and refuses to correct with the right size water heater for the size of our home. Stay away from this business!

Our bidet was leaking. Plumbers came in and let me know that the mixer was broken and it needed replacing. They were going to order the part.10 days went by and I did not hear from them. I called and they had forgotten to order my part; another week went by before they came to finish the job. Once the same plumber came, it took him two hours to replace the mixer in this one 30 yr old bidet. In comes the bill. $1070.00 !!!! $600 for the part and another cool $300 for installation. Nowhere or at any point was I informed on the cost, the exorbitant cost of this one piece. Keep in mind that a new bidet would cost me $500.00. I have used before with no issues. Very disappointed in having to go back out there trying to look for a plumber that I can trust; again.... These guys behaved like true conn artists with me on this one.

This company used to be called Danny Via. They cheated me out of several thousand dollars for work paid for that they never came to do. You would be crazy to hire them. I started a lawsuit, but apparently Danny chose bankruptcy and restarted under this name. Probably had many people he did the same to. DO NOT USE. I didn't hire them, they were subcontracted thru my builder, Taylor Morrison. The fireplace was not installed correctly. The showed up for appointment and took the fireplace apart and never returned to fix and put back together. I've now tried to get ahold of Kevin and he will not return my calls. We had an appointment set up and they never showed up. Work with someone who actually cares about their customers...this is not the place

Top Notch Service!! Have called Danny Via Plumbing on several occasions and am amazed at the high level of customer service they provide. They are on time or early every time. And they are efficient and make things happen. My experience with other companies is they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by answering your call. Not true with this company, one of their best assets is Norma, the absolutely wonderful person you speak with when calling for service. She is more than helpful and gets things done, from getting a plumber out to your home quickly, to quoting prices for new installs and always showing great concern for your issues. Danny Via plumbing needs to hold on to Norma because I will never call another plumber all because of her!!!
