I hired Randy Cross to do a lot of plumbing work. He only quoted me $75.00 an hour. Worked 3 days and charged me $2,460.00 and later found out he doesn't have a license nor did he finish the work. He didn't install my new washer, he didn't install my tank less water heater and he took out some pipes from under the house and left it like that.

I reported him to the contractors board and I had to hire another plumber to finish what he never did. Cost me over $2,000.00 again.

People be aware only hire licensed honest plumbers.
