Randy has a very honest approach and was very informative. He had the option to give me a pricing for the job but instead told me the truth and that I should call the city because it was questionable as to whether city should be paying for the job or not. It turns out he was correct and now the city is paying for the full fix. You can trust in this gentleman and he does the right thing!

I wouldn't bank on this guy. Ran in and out without talking much...about 240 bucks later and a month rolls by we have odd water pressure issues we've never had before. Coincidence!? I think not!

He is very honest and will not reccommend anything you don't really need. Mr. Blackburn is respectful of you and your home. Seems to be a hard working family man so values customer satisfaction and loyal customers. Will Not rip you off. Trust him completely.
