A couple of hours after I posted my review regarding Randal's Plumbing I received a call and an email message through Yelp from Mike, the new owner of Randal's Plumbing. He was eager to right anything that I was dissatisfied about. He and his manager Kevin listened to my concerns and together we came to an agreement of what would make me satisfied and not feel as if I were being taken advantage of. I appreciate their professionalism and patience during our conversation. Not once did I ever feel like they were frustrated or angry with me. They sincerely just wanted a satisfied customer.

I will have to take back what I stated in my original review. I will continue to use AND recommend Randal's Plumbing as long as I live here in the Valley.

I can't say enough about Randal's Plumbing. A simple photo of the shower faucets that I sent at scheduling gave Jason, the plumber, all that he needed to know about which replacement valve stems he needed to bring with him. His work was thorough, clean, and efficient.
