Paul just installed a whole-house Halo water filtration system and I could not be happier! Our instant hot water tank started failing, very little hot water was coming out of the faucets, I called Randal's plumbing who I have relied on for years, Jack and Trevor came the following day. We couldn't be happier. They spent a lot of time figuring out the problem and eventually fixed it.
Jack decided to check the main shot off water valve and to our surprise it was leaking and already corrosive. It meant that very soon it would have burst and we would have had a major flood in the garage.
Jack and Trevor exceeded our expectations, they were very professional and courteous, not wasting anytime. I will highly recommend Randal's plumbing. If you need their services asked that both Jack and Trevor be the ones who go to your house. Good job Jack and Trevor.
