Randal's was the 3rd plumber we asked to come out to fix a recurring problem. The previous two pluming companies thought they fixed it. But, they didn't. Jason took his time to really determine the cause of the problem and fixed it properly. They were on time, efficient and reasonably priced. We will only use Randal's plumbing from now on. Thank you guys!!!!

We've worked with Randal's Plumbing several times and always a good experience. Most recently we had a not so good experience turn into a great experience. Our old toilet needed tank parts replaced and in the process the tank got cracked by accident. Along with this we had a couple other items fixed. In the end, the owner Randal covered the cost of a new toilet (of our choice) and did not charge for the other items because of the inconvenience of not having our toilet for a period of time. Not many businesses out there anymore offer this high level of customer service and ultimately customer satisfaction!

I called Randal's Plumbing to assist my 90 year old grandma with an easy Pelican shell and filter replacement. Upon giving them the address they said we do not service Cathedral City. I asked if they serviced Rancho Mirage, as the boundary is literally 200 yards away. He said yes. Why would they simply not, when told the situation and the proximity to their service area, still not provide service for my 90 year old grandma. We see their trucks in our neighborhood daily. I will remember this, not use them and will tell all our neighbors how uncaring they were.
I will also let Pelican know of this situation being Pelican recommended Randal's to assist us, as well Pelican said Randal's would service our address needed.

Our toilet wasn't flushing and water was running. We called a plumber who came and told us we either needed to replace the toilet or fix it for at least $350. A new toilet would have been that or more.

So we decided to call Randal plumbing... OMG!!! They're wonderful. They came out on Christmas Eve day , was courteous and came within one day... oh by the way they fixed my toilet for $133.00 very honest and professional. I would recommend them anytime you need plumbing services!!!!

Thank you for reaching out & answering but I find it odd that any company would only service parts of a city....you either service a city or you do not how is a client to know that you are picking and choosing which ""parts"" of the city you will work? In my opinion your wasting my time & yours. I wouldn't bother calling if I knew this and your description on the site should say just that. As I stated on the call...I found & hired another company who was more than happy to be contracted for the large job of almost $20,000.00 and I had great service so it worked out for all. As a business owner myself I would be kicking myself for missing out on a job like that! Sometimes when you pick & choose you lose :))))

Excellent, very professional service from initial phone call to same day service.. Scott and Jason came out to handle couple minor issues, they took care of them very quickly and explained everything.. Very honest and professional.. I definitely recommend!!!!

I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience with Jack from Randal's Plumbing. Thought I had a leak behind my garage wall that abuts the inside of the kitchen and was causing puddling for days (of course, over a holiday weekend!) only to find out that it was actually my a/c-furnace unit leaking inside. Jack discovered it and made a point to have me look and understand what was happening so I could explain it to a/c repair company. He explained they don't do that kind of work, but flushed out the pipe to be sure it wasn't blocked. He then took the time to check some other things while he was out and discovered that the water pressure was below standard levels and made the adjustment. Jack showed me where the water shut off was...I knew about the one at the end of the property, but not the one at the house. He then looked at another concern I had and always explained the how's and why's. All in all, he offered to take the time to do more than just what he was called to do, unlike others who do a quick hit and run job. He was pleasant, polite, and the service call was quite fairly priced. Yes...I recommend Randal's Plumbing.

I have had them out several times and there work is 5 stars. They took there time explaining the problem to me. One of the times I had a toilet leak and I am partially disabled so they were out to my house in La Quinta the same day. I recommend them for great service and personality.I will be calling then the next time I need a plumber.

Jack came to our place in Rancho Mirage to replace parts on our GE gas hot water heater. He knows his trade, is very professional and fixed our problem quickly. That's way more than I can say about GE and Home Depot where I bought this heater less than 4 years ago. Now a few years later and after an absence of five weeks and 12 hours of flying and airports we arrived home just as it was getting dark I turned on the water only to find I had a major leak on our outdoor patio. So no water, no shower. I called Randal even though they were closed. 40 minutes later he was on sight and fixed the problem. These guys are good and caring. Use them if you need them.
