I can't say enough about Randal's Plumbing. A simple photo of the shower faucets that I sent at scheduling gave Jason, the plumber, all that he needed to know about which replacement valve stems he needed to bring with him. His work was thorough, clean, and efficient.

I highly recommend Randal""s Plumbing because they are honest, respectful and especially Jack, very knowledgeable. I had a shower panel system that went bad and i had to buy a new one and it was very difficult to install, but Jack had what it took to get it done.
For sure I would use them again as needed. Their price was $140 an hour which was well worth it.

Needed emergency repair on older shut-off valve. Aldo came on time. Fixed the problem quickly. Only charged me regular labor cost. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

I schedule a visit a few days out and the guy came as scheduled. He was clean, friendly and competent. Everything was explained to me. The prices for the parts were fair. He did not charge me for each if four tasks but by the hour and finished in one hour.

I was very pleased. I'll call Randal's again when I need plumbing.

HORRIBLE customer service..we have been loyal to Randalls Plumbing since owning our home in 2013 and never had any issue with them when the owner was alive.
Today, our handle in our guest bathroom came right off and we had water flooding our home `actually so powerful it was hitting the ceiling!
We were in panic mode and called Randalls for a SOS ""Emergency"" situation as our home was actually flooding.
Their answer... wait for it.
"" My name is Fernando, and I am in charge here... there is nothing we can do today!!!!!!""
I'm sorry, we are busy with scheduled appointments all day and can't make it!!!!!!!!!

Then they actually hung up!

I requested service from Randal's after another plumber from this site tried twice to make a repair (and failed). With a referral from a friend I called Randal's who showed up and time and attempted to make a repair, only to find the shipped part from the manufacturer was defective. I ordered the part again which took two months and Randal's was quick to dispatch Kevin to make the repair...and didnt charge me further for the extra time. Everything was cleaned up. Randal's is now my plumber of choice and I fully recommend their services.

Outstanding!!!! In everything plumbing. They redid all my tub/shower lines for a remodel. Installed toilet's and many other plumbing issues. Have been using them for over 10 years now and I have tried other local plumbing companies but keep coming back to Randal's, for the pricing, great products but outstanding work!!!

Just had another great experience with Randal's Plumbing. I won't call anyone else for plumbing problems. Aldo and Jason were the team this time. Not a difficult job but had to be done by a professional. Both were extremely professional and worked very quickly. Quality work. Professional demeanor. Reasonable price. It doesn't get any better.
