In 20 minutes Scott came and fixed the leaky valve at the washing machine. Replaced the two valves and the hoses.
Very professional and polite.
I remmend them for any plumbing job.

We had an issue with a leaky toilet. After buying a new one and moving things around with a friend the leaky toilet persisted. I called Randal's for help.

Shon from Randal's came earlier than the scheduled time to resolve the problem. My only beef is that I also have an exhaust vent on my dryer that is broken. I figured they could replace it since not much time was spent on item # 1.

The truck was not equipped with that part. Too bad. Shon was cordial and was concerned about leaving everything clean and tidy following the toilet work. This would have been a four star rating if the part I needed was on their truck.

I will not hesitate to call them again.

My water heater went out on 12/31. Three companies were called and none could send someone out right away. The 4th call was to Randall's which was a recommendation by my HOA. Isaac was the dispatcher and he sent Shon out within the hour. Not only did they fix the problem Shon gave me information on how to get the part under warranty from Whirlpool. I recommend them.

I contacted Randall Plumbing and gave them a list of plumbing services I needed my needs were immediate like getting a toilet installed and sinks with water. I was told they could come out in one week. I decided to wait since I figured waiting meant the day would be scheduled properly and everything would get done I even changed my flight to be in Palm Desert when they were working on my plumbing. One hour before they were to arrive they canceled. They had a plumber not show up. So I was canceled and told to wait another week. Obviously, they were going to work somewhere today but it wasn't my house! Having to wait 2 weeks for a plumber is extremely poor service. Don't hire these guys!

Randal came to our rescue when the work of another contractor was faulty. Our new tub was not installed correctly. After repeatedly trying to get the original contractor to fix it while he swore he did nothing wrong, we were referred to Randal's. Randal came over himself and immediately could see the problem. He sent his crew out to fix it, inspected it and we able to use it within days. Oh and everything was left spotless after the work was done. HIghly recommend!

I was in need of a plumber to replace my current plumber whom I thought was 'hosing' me (pun intended). My criteria? A great Yelp rating and someone who works at an hourly rate. There is accountability with vendors who charge by the hour as opposed to by the project.

So I found Randal's Plumbing. This morning I had Kevin here to fix a shower mixing / water flow valve, apparently, broken during my tenant's stay. While here I had him replace the water shutoff valve to the house, the one which the other guy wanted to charge me $622. Lastly, Kevin and his guys replaced all shower heads with 'Speakman' type heads. Kevin visited the house a couple of weeks ago to determine the needed parts and completed the job this morning. The total bill for everything, including both visits and parts, was $299. Kevin bills out at $97 / hour and his guys substantially less. And they were all respectful and very easy to have in the home.

Randal's Plumbing is definitely my new go-to plumber.

Randal's came out and replaced a hot water circulation pump! Fast, friendly and affordable. I called in the morning and someone was out within a few hours. Not what I was expecting, but very happy about it.

This was our first experience and it was a positive one.
Randal's came over to quote us on replacing our hot water heater. We inquired as to their ability to install a Navien tankless system. They informed us that they had installed several in the neighborhood so we quickly received a quote and they installed the Navien unit a few days later. Randal's did a nice job on the installation and the unit performed well. We have the same unit in,our other home and so far we are completely satisfied.
As the installation was being completed, the owner stopped by to check how things were going. That impressed me and showed us that he values his customers.
We will now be using them as our plumbing contractor and would gladly refer them to anyone in the area.
