The owner is rude and does not complete the work. This company was chosen for us from our warranty company. He claims he is a ""one man show"" and cannot help with emergency situations.
He was in our home once to replace our water heater and left without saying a single word and when my husband went downstairs the brand new water heater was leaking.

Our first experience with Randall & Sons went well. We had a water heater installed quickly. Our second experience didn't go as well. Our tub faucet was dripping & we had it repaired. The plumber, was the brother of the first guy who came out, wasn't very friendly. He banged around & made loud noises while working in the bathroom. Any questions I asked were quickly brushed off. Just didn't feel like he had people skills.

He won't do any unnecessary work, but if work needs to be done he will fix it right. He never over promises. He is realistic about his schedule and I appreciate that.
